Rental prices are stated per week in Euros. You can also stay a part of a week. The rent will be calculated per day based on the week price. Please mail me for availability and a price calculation.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time after 2pm and departure before 10am unless agreed otherwise.
Notes on accommodation
The units are also suitability for little children. There is a high child chair and childs bed (Cot) available. The apartments are also suitable for long stay rental in the low season period (winter). There is heating in the apartments. We have special prices for long stay rental in the low season period.
Accessibility
The Penthouse is located on the second floor and accessible by stairs. The Omlandia apartment is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs. Studio Jardim is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden.
Outside
The units are part of a townhouse in the ancient centre of Lagos. There is a beautiful walled garden where you can enjoy privacy and seclusion amongst the mature fruit trees, shrubs and flowers all year round. In the garden is a swimming pool with a full range of garden furniture. The units have also a private terrace or balcony.
Coast/Beach
There are some nice beaches nearby, the main beach of Lagos is Meia Praia. There are also plenty of nice other beaches like Praia de Dona Ana and Porto de Mos, this beach we like the most.
Golf
There are plenty of golf courses in the Algarve region. In just 10 minutes away lies one of the Algarve's most beautiful golfing course, Boavista Golf. As well as a stunning 18 hole championship course there is also a driving range and top class golf academy. On the other side of Lagos, just a 10 minute drive away lies Palmares Golf Club. Located by the Meia Praia beach, the course enjoys panoramic views over the bay of Lagos. 20 minutes to the west is the simply unique Parque da Floresta course. Set on the border of the Costa Vicentina Nature Reserve, the course offers dramatic scenery as well as a challenging round! Other courses nearby are located at Morgado (nr Portimao 20 mins), Vale de Pinta and Vale de Gramacho (nr Lagoa 30 mins) and a host of other courses at Vilamoura (40 mins).
Special interest holidays
There are plenty of water sports activities in Lagos. At the Marina or at the beach. eg surfing, water skiing, water cycling, whale watching, (small) boat trips, big game fishing.
Walking - hiking, boattrip to Sagres, grotto boattrip, etc.
Travel
Faro airport is about 60 minutes travel by car. Since the house is located in the old centre of Lagos it is not necessary to hire a car.
Distances
The centre of Lagos as well as the boulevard and different beaches are approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk from the town house. In the spring and summer a small ferry can bring you across the marina entrance to the main beach of Lagos.
Further details
Small supermarket is just 200 meters form the apartment. Large supermarket is also nearby, a few minutes by car.
Booking notes
Upon agreeing to a rental agreement, a deposit of 25% is immediately due.
The remainder of the rental has to be paid 4 week in advance of your stay.

Hello, my name is Ebo Aling, I own the apartments together with my three sisters. My wife Annemarie does the renting service via Internet from the Netherlands. My brother Marko lives in Lagos and runs a restaurant, Arribalé. He does the local work for the apartments. Marko meets the guests and is the manager of the apartments.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We inherited the apartments in 2002 from our Dad. He used to stay a few months per year in Lagos and loved the place very much. Lagos still has the authentic Portuguese atmosphere.
Unique benefits of the property
We visit Lagos at least once a year. For us it is familiar being there and meet my brother and his family.
