This large spacious detached villa with its own private pool and gardens is ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing. It is decorated to a very good modern standard and is bright and welcoming. The villa is near Aquashow Water Park and the Vila Sol complex where there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants and of course the Vila Sol 18 hole golf course. There is also a fabulous beauty spa where you can pamper yourself with various treatments. The villa is a 5 minute drive from Almancil and Quarteira where there are a vast selection of restaurants, cafés, shops and bars to suit all budgets. Quarteira also has lots to offer and every Wednesday morning there is a market where you can purchase local produce and products. The beaches are plentiful and are approx. 5 minutes drive from the villa. The famous Vale do Lobo beach is approx. 10-12 minutes drive and well worth a visit.

Changeover day
We will try to be as flexible as possible. If the villa is booked on your day of arrival then check in will need to be at 4pm. If it is booked on your departure then check out will be 10am.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning units which act as heaters in the winter time. The villa is suitable for children.
Accessibility
Although the villa has not been adapted for wheelchair access the garden area is fairly flat and there is just one step to the front door.
Outside
The villa has a lovely garden big enough for children to play in. The views are stunning and the sunsets not to be missed! The large pool 10 x 5 is private but not heated, there is a BBQ area with plenty of sunbeds and outdoor eating space.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within 10 minutes drive, Trafal beach, Quarteira beach, Vale do Lobo etc Quinta do Lago beach and lake offer many water sports including jet ski hire.
Golf
There are several very good golf courses within a 10 minute drive, Vila Sol, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and 6 courses at Vilamoura. Discounted green fees are available and we can arrange this for you along with golf club hire, trolley hire electric or pull, golf tuition with a PGA professional, sky caddie hire, car hire and transfers.
Special interest holidays
Interesting walks and cycle routes can be organised throughout the local area. Bike hire can be arranged daily or weekly. Deep sea fishing or boat trips are also available.
Travel
Car hire is recommended to get the most from the local area and facilities. The airport is a 20 minute drive.
Distances
Quarteira is a 5 minute drive, Vilamoura 10 minutes, Almancil 10 minutes, Loule 10 minutes, Faro 20 minutes. Zoomarine is a 30 minute drive, tickets can be arranged with us, this park is ideal for younger children and has very good dolphin shows and seal shows. It is also possible to interact with the dolphins which is an experience not to be missed!
Booking notes
To book a 25% deposit (non-refundable) is required and thebalance 10 weeks before arrival. A damage deposit is required on arrival of £250 or 250 euros and this is refunded on departure providing the house is left to an acceptable standard.
