Accessed by a private road, this villa is an escape from everything and everyone! Scattering the landscape are Olive trees and Vineyards and the wonderful Marinha, Albandeira and Benegil beaches are close at hand. Carvoeiro is a 7km drive to the West and Lagoa is a short ten minute drive.
There are two double bedrooms, both with private sun terraces, and one twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms on the entrance level, one of which is en-suite. On the lower level, there is a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, lounge and further bathroom. Patio doors lead to the terrace which overlooks the kidney shaped swimming pool, gardens and BBQ area. There is also a separate children’s pool. This villa is comfortably furnished and ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday away from it all. All bathrooms have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The stairs to downstairs are gated for the safety of children.

There are private roof terraces from both of the double bedrooms and a further shaded eating area leading from the lounge. The private pool can be heated and has a small children's pool which is covered by a pergola. There is a BBQ and extensive terrace areas for sunbathing. At the front of the villa is a large driveway which can accommodate 6 cars easily.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches to the villa are Marinha, Albandeira and Benegil which are all beautiful and about a five minute drive.
Golf
There are several golf courses within easy reach, both Pestana owned courses Pinta and Gramacho are close by. Many others are easily accessible with the motorway being a 10 minutes drive.
Travel
Faro airport is a 45 minute drive.
Distances
Carvoeiro is a ten minute drive, Lago and Guia shopping centre are also both within easy reach by car.
Further details
Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all within easy reach but a car is required in this location.

A 20% deposit is required with the balance 8 weeks before departure. A breakage deposit is also required.
