20% payable to reserve your stay. Balance payable 2 months prior to your holiday. Security deposit £400 payable with balance. Payment can be made in UK Pounds or Euros by cheque or bank transfer. Security deposit refunded within 10 days of your departure.
Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Friday or saturday although in low season I am flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Would suit 2 families well. Underfloor heating and air conditioning. Electrically operated gates keep children safe from the road.
Accessibility
Would be suitable for wheelchair users if using downstairs accommodation. There is one step into the front door. The rest of the downstairs is on one level. The front drive is sloping.
Outside
Private swimming pool 5m x 10m. Shallow end 0.9m and deep end 1.9m deck level pool. Optional pool heating. Large patio areas all around the house with 3 areas of well kept lawn. Shrubs and palm trees. Brick built BBQ with utensils and shelving. Food serving area and electric point. 5 sun loungers. Large rectangular table with 8 chairs in shaded area at rear. 2nd sets of outdoor dining furniture in sunshine. Outdoor sofa and 2 armchairs with coffee table and stool. Raised patio area with sea views. Both upstairs bedrooms have private sun terraces with walls around and part shade.
Coast/Beach
The stunning sandy beach of Vale Do Lobo is only 8 minutes walk. There are a wide variety of activities on the beach including pedaloes, parascending, water skiing, banana boating etc. Marias Restaurant is at the end of the path which leads to the beach. You can also walk to the centre of Vale Do Lobo along the beautiful beach and reach all the famous restaurants in the Pracca.
Golf
The nearest golf course is the Royal Golf Course. The 16th hole is at the end of the road on the way to the centre of Vale do Lobo. There are many golf courses nearby at Quinta Do Lago and Vilamoura.
Special interest holidays
Vale Do Lobo tennis club is within easy walking distance.
Travel
Nearest airport is Faro which is 25 minutes drive. Car hire is useful and can be picked up at the airport.
Distances
Almancil is only 5 minutes by car with a full range of shops, banks, chemists etc. There is a supermarket in Vale Do Lobo itself but a car is recommended for shopping.

20% payable to reserve your holiday and the balance payable 2 months prior to your stay. £400 security deposit payable with your balance and this is refundable within 10 days of your departure.

About the owner
Claire and Simon live in South Bucks England and bought the house from the Portuguese builder in August 2008. We took a whole year to furnish it. We have tried to make the villa appeal to all, with a variety of bedrooms and furnishings. We have 4 children who all love going there and are now old enough to go to the beach and Pracca on their own. The older ones love Ghekkos night club and the younger ones love the pool and beach. We started to rent it out in the summer of 2009 and have had some lovely guests. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
