Changeover days are flexible. Check out time is 11am and check in after 4pm. This may be flexible depending on bookings.

Accessibility
The apartment and building is fully wheelchair accessible. The en suite bathroom has a shower chair and a grab rail beside the toilet. There is easy access to the beach and marina for wheelchair users. Extra photos available on request showing apartment adaptions & accessible beach.
Outside
Patio furniture consists of a large table, 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. It has a lovely garden area with both an adults and children's swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
Vilamoura has two magnificent beaches, Praia de Vilamoura and Praia da Falesia. Falesia is one of the longest beaches in Portugal with its stunning red rock cliffs making it a spectacular place to visit. Travelling along the Algarve's coast by boat you will find some of the most dramatic cliff faces and rock-formations in the world.
Golf
The Algarve is home to many of the world's top courses. The Old Course in Vilamoura is the second oldest course on the Algarve. Other courses in the area include the Millennium Course, which is an 18 hole course and the Laguna course. The golf course at Pinhal has fantastic sea views, making it a particularly enjoyable course to play on.
Travel
To get from Faro airport to Vilamoura will take approx 20 - 30 minutes. Car hire is not essential as the apartment complex is convenient to all local amenities.

Further details
The area offers a wide variety of sport and leisure activities such as 5 championship golf courses, a range of water sports, sea cruises and theme parks, along with numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
Local supermarkets, banks and cinema are also easily accessed in Vilamoura. The Algarve shopping centre at Guia is just 25 minutes by car. The Casino in Vilamoura is a very popular destination. Vilamoura Tennis Club and Mini Golf at Roma Golf Park are located in the centre of Vilamoura.
Family activities a short drive away include Zoomarine which is one of the Algarve's biggest attractions. Other parks include Slide and Splash, Aqualand and the Aqua Show family park. The Sand Sculpture Festival at Pera is definitely worth a visit as it's the biggest sand city in the world and can be seen throughout the summer. Almancil Karting is open all year round.

25% non refundable deposit at booking, remainder due 6 weeks before arrival. Full payment required if booking is made within 6 weeks of holiday.
Security deposit on arrival of €200/£200 cash, which will be refunded on departure when it is confirmed there are no damages in the apartment. No smoking within the apartment please.

We stayed at this apartment in July 09 & found it to be exactly as described with very good fixtures & fittings right down to the all important cork screw! It is a very spacious apartment with both bedrooms having direct access to the balcony. All rooms are air conditioned & have good views of the sea, pool & marina. The building is very secure with number pad access, 24 hour reception,entry phone in the apartment & electric shutters to all balcony doors.The location is ideal–very quiet but right on the edge of the marina,no more than 2 mins stroll to all the bars & restaurants where the food is extremely good. We were met at reception & showed around the apartment by a very friendly & informative lady. As we had an evening flight back,it was arranged for us to use the apartment up until the time of departure which was very handy & much appreciated. This is a very good apartment in a prime location & comes with good service. I have no hesitation in recommending it. David Gardner, Wales
