This superior quality, fully air conditioned apartment for rent, is set in a private complex in a quiet part of Alvor, and only 5 minutes walk to the centre. The complex is low-rise (3 storey) and the apartment is on the top floor. It has a large south-facing balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens. The apartment is bright and airy and is very well equipped with everything you will need to help you thoroughly enjoy your stay. The rear balcony is fitted with a retractable awning, should you need some shade at the very hot times of the day. There is also a large front balcony, ensuring you can enjoy the sun all day. A 2 minute walk to a large supermarket means you can take full advantage of the well equipped kitchen.

The fully air conditioned accommodation to rent / let consists of: one bedroom with twin beds, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed in the lounge; bathroom with bath/shower, bidet; living/dining area; fully equipped kitchen including gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine; large patio with furniture. Satellite TV (UK channels) and also local Portuguese channels: car parking space. The air-conditioned apartment is very bright, with large, south-facing balcony, including an awning and furniture. Smoking allowed only on the balconies. No pets allowed.
Outside
The apartment is in a complex with beautifully manicured gardens, surrounding a shared swimming pool. There are 2 large balconies, back and front, capturing the sunlight all day.
Patio furniture is also provided.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to centre of Alvor. 10-15 minutes walk to beach.

Alvor is located close to some of the best golf courses in the Algarve:- Alto Golf - Sir Henry Cotton's last masterpiece
Penina Championship Course - Le Meridien Penina, Alvor
Morgado do Reguengo - a new championship course near Silves.
Travel
50 minute drive (75 kilometers) from Faro airport.
Distances
Places of note near to Alvor are the famous beaches of Praia da Rocha and Praia da Vau, and the historic town of Lagos.
Booking notes
Payment is by credit card or bank transfer. A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking and must be paid within 2 weeks from the time of booking. Remainder of the payment is required 8 weeks before arrival.

This is our second visit to this apartment in Alvor and can only repeat how lovely it is, everything you could need is supplied, the balcony is fabulous with sun all day (and with loungers), lovely pool and as a small complex it is never busy. Alvor itself is a dream, fabulous restaurants, both in the town and on the beach. The beach is gorgeous and just a 5 minute drive from apartment. Highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful holiday. K.P. London.
My partner and I stayed in this beautiful, excellently equipped apartment in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk from Alvor town centre. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It's not your typical holiday apartment its personal touches and decor make it a cosy home from home.
