Casa Nirvana is just metres from the shared pool & garden, great to sunbathe & relax while the children make friends & have fun in the pool & happy kids make a happy holiday! Notes on accommodation
Strictly no pets and no smoking. Air-conditioning in lounge, dining area and in each bedroom. Also acts as heating during winter months, there is also an enclosed log fire in the lounge for use in winter. The property is ideal for 2 families or a large family with children of various ages, you can play pool or relax in the bar area, chill peacefully on one of the balconies, BBQ on the patio, watch English satelite TV or a DVD in the lounge, watch a DVD in the bedroom, everything you could want.
Outside
The enclosed patio has a large dining table to seat 6+, lounger chairs, a sun awning canopy which you can wind out to shade yourselves, or leave folded in to get the full sun, there is also a built in BBQ, if you're lucky you may be able to pick a lemon off the lemon tree, perfect when you're relaxing with a G&T. The shared pool is just metres from the house & is enclosed and gated with a garden area & sun loungers for your use. Should you want to venture out, the local village just 2 minutes walk away has a selection of restaurants, cafe bar, shops, a supermarket & a pharmacy. Benamor golf course is 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive away. 10 minutes walk away you will find more restaurants.
Coast/Beach
The waterfront of Cabanas is only 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away. Along the waterfront there is a large selection of bar cafes, shops & restaurants to suit all tastes, from traditional Portuguese to more cosmopolitan cuisine & from Sports bar to Irish bar & even Karaoke. From the little jetty you can cross by watertaxi (1.80 euro return) to the beautiful & relaxing beach of Cabanas. A short drive away are the beaches of Tavira, Manta Rota or Monte Gordo each with their own charm.
Golf
Benamor golf course is a 2 minute drive away, we have 2 sets of golf clubs available on request for your use, you can hire clubs, golf buggies etc at the club. There are also several more golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive away, 2 of which are of championship standard.
Travel
You have everything you need within walking distance, you only need to hire a car if you want to roam further afield & check out the historic places, hypermarkets, shopping malls, waterpark, ZooMarine etc all within easy reach in 30 minutes - 1 hour drive.
Faro airport is a 30 minute drive away. Seville airport is approx 1.1/2 hours drive away. A taxi from Faro airport costs approx 45 euros. You can travel by rail from the centre of Faro to Conceicao train station which is 5 minutes.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking, with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to your stay.
A security bond of £100 per week is require, to be paid with your balance, this will be returned to you once the house has been checked for damages.
Should you have to cancel your booking the 25% deposit is non-refundable unless the property is re-let for the time you had booked.
