Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Algarve villa with private heated pool and hot tub/jacuzzi, enjoying a fantastic unspoilt location in its own grounds of over 5 acres. It is also our home for the winter months and so you can be assured it is equipped with every modern facility, including automatic air-conditioning, heated pool free broadband and guest computer for convenient internet access. The villa is uniquely convenient for guests with limited mobility - see separate accessibility statement below. Pool heating and air-conditioning are free of charge.

All rooms except 4th bedroom are air-conditioned (4th bedroom ceiling fan).
Accessibility
The villa has been progressively adapted to provide excellent access for wheelchair users. Villa and pool are close and on same level, ramps provided where needed. Paved pathways & shady areas. Jacuzzi & pool designed for improved accessibility. Bathroom 3 has been specially adapted providing a level access shower, pull down hand rails for wc use. We provide free of charge a shower chair/wc raiser/commode. full range of accessible equipment hire available including beach buggy, pool hoist etc.
Outside
The villa has private grounds of over 5 acres guaranteeing privacy and seclusion with locking entrance gates for added peace of mind. Pool is heated, as is hot tub/jacuzzi, plenty of dining space and above all - space! Lovely gardens and fabulous views from this hillside setting.
Coast/Beach
There are dozens of beaches in the Western Algarve, including surfing beaches on the west coast. Our closest beach is about 10 mins by car - 2 miles of golden sand.
Travel
Nearest airport, Faro 45 mins drive. Car hire/use of car is essential.

What can we say that others have not already praised. The space is amazing both inside and out. We’ve been to several villas before but have never had the pleasure and luxury of walking around 'our own estate!'. Lovely seating areas to capture wonderful views.
Stan and Elaine you must spend the winters working hard to achieve so much, you home gets better and better. What more can be said - Stan and Elaine still have one of the best bits of Portugal and it’s a pleasure to visit. See you again soon I hope.
All the family had a wonderful time and we are all looking forward to returning next year. We love the new improvements and especially the jacuzzi.

We are Elaine and Stan Webb - we gave up professional careers in the UK in 2000 in order to enjoy a different way of life. We now spend much of the winter at this our home in the Algarve and enjoy creating new projects each year to make our home more enjoyable for both ourselves and for our guests. Many of our projects have been guest inspired and if you are interested you can see a list of our projects on our website. During the summer months we return to the UK where we run a splendid, elegant Georgian apartment in the very centre of Bath.
