We are now 5 weeks back in Holland, but that does not mean that we have forgotten it. I just still want to say thanks for the delicious and superb house to the edge of Bensafrim. We indeed drove to it easily. We had the best and most relaxed house so far. When I saw that beautiful road to Aljezur, then the water was running out of my mouth, to ride this with my race bicycle. Now I am heavily training for the Mont Ventoux on June 12. Therefore, I hope to be able to use it again with some bicycle friends.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love Casa Contente which is on a hill just outside Bensafrim because of the fantastic views on the area around and its privacy.
Bensafrim is 700 m "far" and you will find all basic daily shopping needs (fresh-market every morning, vegetable and fish, backery, etc.).
There is a very nice restaurant O'Koala and a few others as well.
In Barao S Joao (5km) there is a nice restaurant with weekly free local Fado performance, I love it!
In Lagos there are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here.
The area is easily accessible with Faro airport less than an hours drive away.
