This family sized villa is located near the village of Boliquieme, Central Algarve. Away from hustle and bustle of everyday life. It has a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, yet just a short drive from Albufeira with lively bars and restaurants or Vilamoura with a smart marina, restaurants and casinos. The villa has extensive outside living space, with a built in BBQ area, based around a kidney shaped, very child friendly pool. The nearby village of Boliqueime is typically Portuguese and offers a choice of restaurants, shops and cafes.

The prices shown in UK pounds for 6 people with the use of a childs cot. Extra beds are available at a rate of £50 per week per bed.

Changeover day is Saturday preferably, but we are flexible.

Notes on accommodation
The swimming pool is partically safe for small children. With gates at the edge of the pool that separate the shallow end and a wall under the water to separate the shallow end from the deep. Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms.
Car. There is use of an Estate Car (4 door, aircon) parked onsite. Enquire on booking.
Accessibility
The villa is mainly set on one level, with small steps into and out of main doors to rear (1'.) There is a downstairs bedroom with family bathroom from bedroom. The pool is level access to shallow end.
Outside
Large beautifully paved covered patio to side and rear of the villa. With a built in BBQ area, dining table and chairs, and sun loungers for around the pool. Large, private kidney shaped pool to rear, which enjoys all day full sunshine. Stone walled gardens for safety, with electric intercom front gates.
Coast/Beach
There are lots of beaches accessible by car with the nearest being 12km away (10 minutes away by car).
Albufeira beach 15km.
Vilamoura beach 12.5km.
Quateria beach 14km.
Golf
10 minute drive from all Vilamoura area golf facilities.
Travel
Faro airport distance 30mins by car.

Further details
Boliquieme has all the facilities needed, it has many restaurants, post office, chemist, supermarkets, coffee shops. Its coble streets are full of traditional charm, with many historic buildings within the village. Just a short drive away is the main shopping city of Loule, approximately 12km away. A short drive west is a large shopping complex at Guia, with lots of high street names and outlet stores. Villamora and Albufeira are equal distances away, both approximately 15km. There are beaches along the south coast, many within 15 minute drive.
Booking notes
A £200 non-refundable deposit secures a booking. We require the remaining rental balance, and a £250 security deposit 1 month before departure. You will be given a meet and greet welcome on arrival, when you will collect keys and ask any questions you may have. Once you have left the villa in a satisfactory condition, we will fully reimburse your deposit.
