Casa Becca is a luxurious 4 bedroom villa and unlike other properties on the resort it benefits from space and seclusion. The villa has excellent views of the golf course and the coastline beyond. Recently refurbished to a high standard Casa Becca is a wonderful place to spend your holiday.

Changeover day
Rentals are typically from Saturday to Saturday - however we are flexible. Our representatives will meet you upon arrival at the Parque da Floresta Resort, and who are available throughout your stay.
Accommodation

| Bathrooms: | All bedrooms are found on the lower floor and have access to the pool terrace. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms whilst the remaining two bedrooms share a fully equipped walk in shower room. |
| Kitchen: | The villa boasts a state of the art kitchen including hob, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | Ajoining the kitchen a utility room has freezer and washing machine. Guests have access to cool box and golf clubs during their stay. |
| Living Rooms: | The large L-shaped lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, video and music system for use by our guests. Access to the top sun terrace and barbeque area can be made from either the lounge or the dining room. |
| Other: | Formal dining for up to 8 people can be provided in the dining room adjoining the lounge. Alfresco dining facilities on the top terrace for up to 12 guests. |

Notes on accommodation
Fold out beds are available (small charge) and can be comfortably accommodated. The lounge also has a sofa bed. Heating is available (additional charge) for the cooler months throughout the villa from the under floor heating system or from the open fire in the lounge. Cots and high chairs can be provided for a small charge.
Outside
Two large sun terraces surround Casa Becca’s private swimming pool. The 13 x 6m south facing secluded pool can be heated if required. The well-established and shaded gardens feature palms trees and bougainvillea.
Coast/Beach
Situated in the Algarve’s only conservation area, this is generally agreed to be the most beautiful part of the Algarve. It is richly endowed with wild flowers, birds and rare butterflies. Some of the Algarve’s best-unspoilt coastline is within a short drive with (5 minutes), secluded bays, rugged cliffs and deserted beautiful sandy beaches.
Golf
The villa directly overlooks the 12th green of Parque da Floresta Golf Course. For those familiar with the course, Casa Becca is on the right handside as you head towards the 13th tee. Parque da Floresta is one of Portugal’s leading golf complexes with its challenging 18-hole course, golf clinic and driving range.
Travel
Faro airport is 100Km (60 miles) and with the new motorway the villa can be reached in less than 90 minutes.
Distances
Three restaurants can be found in the golf club (a la carte, bistro, and golf “spike” bar) and in the nearby delightful fishing village of Salema (2 miles) a range of local restaurants and bars can be explored. The village of Budens has a well equipped supermarket (1 mile) and the town of Lagos (15Km) has shopping, banks, restaurants, clubs and a fabulous marina.

A gymnasium and health spa providing a full range of beauty treatments is within 5 minutes walk of the villa.
Tennis, bowls, horse riding, cycling and archery are also available. A communal swimming pool is next to the health spa and childrens play area. During the summer school vacations the Floresta Fun Club (a small daily fee is payable) provides a special welcome for children between the ages of four and eight. For older children, a full programme of junior sports is available.
Booking notes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A £200 breakage deposit is required with final payment and is refundable within 4 weeks of end of stay.
