2 bedroom ground floor apartment with pool, spacious terrace and BBQ situate in the Tennis Valley of the Vale do Lobo Resort. The spacious terrace and pool is south facing and gets the sun most of the day. The property is well furnished and air-conditioned throughout. It is 2/3 minutes walk to Tennis Academy with its own pool and 7/10 minutes walk to Maria's beach. The Praca with its lively restaurants and night club is a few minutes drive or 15/20 minutes walk. There are two championship golf courses in the Resort and numerous restaurants in the area.

The building can be pinpointed on Google Earth by going to 37° 02' 59.55 N and 8° 03' 00.08 W. The Apartment is located in the Vale do Lobo Resort which also has a small supermarket and Bank. The main supermarkets are in Almancil about 10/15 minutes in the car.

About the owner
I live in Wimbledon and first visited Vale do Lobo in 1986. I have travelled extensively but from the moment I arrived in Vale do Lobo I fell in love with the beauty of the place, the fantastic beaches, the pine trees, colourful arbiculture and friendliness of the portuguese people.
Year purchased: 2000
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I bought the property off plan in December 2000 and it was finally completed in September 2002. Since then I have spent many happy times in Vale do Lobo with friends and family. I play both golf and tennis and love to swim in the sea. I never tire of going there.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is spacious and comfortable and has been furnished to the standard of a second home. The terrace with the pool is south facing and gets the sun most of the day and is in a peaceful setting as it is not directly overlooked. The property is in a great location as it is only 2/3 minutes walk to the Tennis Academy which also has its own pool and 7/10 minutes walk to Maria's beach. The Praca which is very lively during the summer with its restuarants bars and night club is a few minutes drive or 15/20 minutes walk . There are two championship golf courses in the Resort and numerous restaurants in the area. There is something for all members of the family in this Resort.
