Only 15 minutes walk to the Marina and beaches. Ideally located for the numerous golf courses and restaurants. There is a poolside snack bar, a reception service and lift. The nearest Supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away. Clean linen and towels are provided weekly (beach/ pool towels not provided). Changeover day negotiable Long term lets considered.

Accessibility
There is a reception service and lifts. Access is via ramped paths from the road or car park. The apartment is on one level. Circulation space is reasonably good, but there is limited space around the beds, unless pushed together. The bathroom is large with room for a wheelchair, however the fittings and layout are not specifically designed for people with disabilities.
Outside
There is a shared swimming pool for adults and a paddling pool for children within a private garden. Sun loungers are provided (free). The poolside bar serves food all day. The balconies overlook the garden and pools, and are provided with a table and chairs/loungers.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is within a 15 minute walk of the Marina area, with its numerous restaurants, and 20 minutes walk from the beach. A tourist road train provides hop-on/ hop-off transport around Vilamoura for a small daily fare.
Golf
Vilamoura is the biggest golf destination in the Algarve with five top courses: Pinhal, Old Course, Laguna, Millennium and Victoria, designed by Arnold Palmer. There are many more courses in nearby Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Albufeira. The apartment is 300m from the Pinhal Golf Course.
Travel
Vilamoura is located in the centre of the Algarve, 20 minutes by car from Faro International Airport. Car hire is not essential as there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants close by. Daily excursions are readily available to the main attractions.

Many towns with markets and excellent shopping are within easy reach of Vilamoura. Quarteira - 2km: Fish and vegetable market; Beach front promenade; Weekly Wednesday market. Loulé - 11km: Shopping; Weekly Saturday market. Albufeira - 15km: Nightlife; Shopping; Beach. Faro - 24km: Capital of Algarve; Historical; Shopping. Silves - 50km: The castle and monastery. Lisbon - 2 hour drive on the motorway. Zoomarine and water parks within 45 minute drive.

At night Vilamoura’s bars, restaurants and casino come to life with entertainment to suit every taste. For a family day out try Zoomarine, only a 30 minutes drive, where you can swim with the dolphins or see the many dolphin, sea-lion, tropical bird, bird of prey shows throughout the day. Other attractions include the Big Wheel, pirate boat, flume ride, mini roller-coaster and swimming pool. Slide and Splash, and Aqualand water parks are within an easy drive.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival. An additional £150 deposit will be added to cover breakages and damage, this will be returned within 14 days of your visit subject to the return of keys.
