Short drive to 2 superb golf courses.

Airconditioning recently installed. Doubles as heating on occasional chilly winter evenings. Cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Accessibility
The apartment has underground parking and lift access to all floors. Ideal for wheelchair access or persons with mobility problems.

Outside
The development has secure gated access to apartments, communal pool and barbecue area. Paved and planted recreational areas and small children's area with slide.

Coast/Beach
The whole coast is a delight. North Norfolk with sun!
Miles of beautiful sandy beaches are easily accessible by a short ferry ride or a ten minute drive. Boating sailing surfing fishing are all available and the water is much warmer than on the Western Algarve.

The coast forms part of the Formosa Natural park with all types of birds including storks, flamingos and cormorants.

Golf
10 mins drive to the outstanding Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cinta golf courses on the coast and within the Formosa Natural Park.

Travel
Faro is the nearest airport 30 minutes drive away along the motorway.

About the owner
As a Wealth manager, a number of clients asked me about buying property abroad. This resulted in me travelling to many of the holiday destinations in Europe to try and establish the best place to buy a holiday home. I visited the Canaries, Spain, Italy, France, Cyprus (north & south) and even Latvia, as well as Portugal. Of all the destinations, the Algarve came out top for consistent weather, ease of access from most UK airports, short journey time, low crime, without too much development and most importantly, friendly locals. In the end, having visited Tavira through a recommendation, my wife and I fell in love with the place. We bought an apartment as it was very central and secure for times when the property is empty. I haven't come across anyone yet who has stayed and not loved it.
