Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom quiet villa in stunning gardens. This lovely villa has three good sized bedrooms - 2 doubles, 1 with an en-suite bathroom and a twin room. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. In a delightful area that can be used as a central base for sightseeing - within a mile of the entrance to the national park. The villa has a large garden, most of which is lawn, a beautiful swimming pool. Barbecue built into wall outside kitchen which is quite sheltered. It is very private and can barely be seen from the road, but can be found easily. Well equipped for a family or couples who want to get away from it all. Easy access for golfers to four courses, all a short drive away.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for all ages as the gardens are large and safely fenced in and there is a cover over the pool that will hold the weight of an average 4 year old.

Outside
Large swimming pool with new pool side decking area, large gardens with fruit trees, many outside games to be played including badminton and an outside pool table with all the bits! The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
Coast/Beach
The Ria Formosa National Park is 1km away - in fact the villa is within the conservation area.
Beautiful local beaches close walk (600m). 2km from the town of Olhao with water-taxi to the surrounding islands.
Golf
There are a variety of golf courses within short drives from the villa (no pun intended) We can also offer very competitive rates on some of them... please ask for more information.

Faro International Airport is approx 20 minutes away. Car hire or taxi transfers can be arranged for your party.

Booking notes
To book our villa we require a 25% booking deposit and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival. A security deposit will also need to be made 2 weeks before arrival which assuming there are no damages will be returned to you within 7 days of departure.
