Excellent restaurants within easy reach from the house. 1 Star Michelin :São Gabriel 2 minutes; Amadeus 7 minutes; Filipe Leys 5 minutes; Two supermarkets Quinta do Lago and Vale do lobo at 2 and 4 minute respectively. The wellknown Apolonia at 6 minute drive. Vale do Lobo has a large tennis academy, with many coaches and structured courses for all ages and skills. Barringtons Sports Centre is also located within the VDL complex and can offer driving range, squash, gym and other indoor sports. VDL recently completed a luxury health spa and gymnasium complex next to the golf club (4 minutes drive). There are water sports at the beach, a horse riding centre (5 mins), go-karting (10 mins), several water parks, Zoomarine and a regular zoo all within 45 mins drive.
The Guia shopping centre (30 mins drive) has a massive double shopping complex with restaurants and a cinema.
The Forum Algarve is the first major complex on the road into Faro from the airport. It also has a large selection of shops and a cinema.
Booking notes
Direct contact to confirm bookings. Bookings are confirmed with the payment of a 30% deposit. The balance is required 6 weeks before departure. Last minute bookings can be accepted, but if within 6 weeks, payment is required in full at time of application. A refundable deposit of £500 is required to cover breakages.
