Extensive grounds with lawned areas, mature fruit trees. The large front veranda makes a pleasant venue for drinks, eating, or simply relaxing and enjoying the views into the River Douro. Suitable for all ages.

Many verandas and private playgrounds - safe for children. Peaceful location, great views into the river.
Golf
The Miramar, Oporto Golg Club, Quinta do Fojo, Vidago, Ponte de Lima, Quinta da Barca, Estela Golf Club, Amarante and Rilhadasa is a 20/45 mins by car.

Porto historic center and port cellars 40 mins drive.
Boat trip on the River Douro and water sports are also possible (wakeboard, donuts... etc).
