Changeover day
Changeover day flexible. To allow time for cleaning, occupancy is taken up after 15:00 pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10:00 am on the date of departure.

Lovely and spacious villa absolutely private and built with the best materials. Included: a small welcome foodpack. Information booklet containing details about the Algarve. Parking for four cars.

Outside
9.5 x 4.5m private swimming pool (for sole use of guests) with large surrounding terraces. Purpose built poolside barbecue and cover bar. Sunbeds, table, chairs and parasols. Also a large roof terrace ideal for sunbathing. A pretty and large garden (1200sm) with view point for a panoramic views and small lakes with nice fish and frogs.
Coast/Beach
The villa is a short drive from several, different and beautiful beaches located at Alvor (15 minutes): Praia da Rocha (20 minutes); Praia do Vau (20 minutes); Meia Praia and all the beaches of Lagos (25 minutes).
Golf
The Penina, which is located only 3km from the villa. Others, within 15 minutes drive: AltoClub, Morgado, Palmares, Gramacho and the Pinta course. There are several other courses available from Vale de Lobo near Faro to Parque da Floresta on the road to Sagres.
Travel
Faro airport is approximately 45 minutes via motorway. To enjoy your holiday a car is essential. Hire cars can be arranged at competitive rates at the airport.
Distances
The nearest supermarket is approximately 5 minutes driving.
Further details
Portimão is an important commercial centre town with local shops, banks, restaurants and boutiques. There are a lot of large supermarkets with all kinds of food. Praia da Rocha, the most famous beach in western Algarve, has an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and a casino. This area is fairly lively in the evening. There are night clubs and taxis are easy to pick up an anytime.
