You will love our spacious 2 bedroom apartment, not only for its peaceful location, situated 5 mins from Praia Donna Ana & Praia Camilo, 2 of the best beaches on the Algarve, and only ten minutes into the historic town of Lagos. Well equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation. From the complementary welcome basket of goodies to the spacious balcony it has all you need for a wonderful holiday. We have owned this apartment for over 5 years and are pleased to say many of our guests return year after year. Doing great deals look at our rates!

Changeover day
I am very flexible about which days bookings start and end, this will allow you to get the best deals on flights.

Notes on accommodation
Local English rep on call if required. Owner also available by telephone 24 hours a day. Extra beds or cots can be arranged on request. The apartment has air-conditioning and heating. High chairs/cot can be arranged. A quiet complex of only 10.
Outside
Balcony with patio furniture overlooking the lovely pool and enclosed private gardens to which the 10 apartments have exclusive use. There are sun beds and chairs for guests use on the balcony. BBQ area available with built in BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of beautiful Camilo beach, where there is a very nice fish restaurant and cafe and stunning views. Lovely Donna Ana beach is also within 10 minutes walk and you will find many other covey beaches as you walk along the cliff tops, some of which are quite secluded. There is also the lighthouse at the end of the road where you will find a nice little cafe and shop. Here you can also take a boat trip through the Grottos.
Golf
An ideal base for golfers, the town of Lagos offers a plentiful supply of bars and restaurants while a short car drive will take you to a host of magnificent courses (see owner’s website for more details). Palmares - 5 mins drive, is one of the most scenic courses in the Algarve, with most of the holes laid out on the gentle slopes above Meia Praia beach, overlooking the Bay of Lagos. BoaVista - 10 mins drive, provides a variety of attractive and interesting holes set against a glorious backdrop of the clear atlantic ocean. Parque da Floresta - 20 mins drive, set in a dramatic and steep sided valley is currently the only course west of Lagos. Also close by is the championship Penina golf course designed by Henry Cotton and recently hosted the Portuguese open.
Travel
Nearest airport is Faro, 45 minutes drive on new motorway. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Distances
Praia Donna Ana is 2 mins walk, Lagos town centre is 10 mins walk or 3 mins drive. Portimao is 20 mins drive, Algarve Shopping Centre is 25 mins drive. Silves is 30 mins drive and Mon Chique about 40 mins drive. The nearest water park is 30 Mins.
Further details
There are 3 mini-markets, a bank with a cash machine and many bars and restaurants including a Chinese takeaway and pizza, within 5 minutes walk. There are three big supermarkets in and around Lagos, all five minutes drive. Superb shopping and dining in Lagos and Lagos Marina. Lagos has a fascinating history, and the buildings and castle walls reflect this. There are museums and galleries, a zoo, and boat trips including dolphin watching, surfing, horse-riding and fishing. There are 2 water parks in the area, Zoo Marine and Slide 'n Splash.

Fab apartment and pool. An easy walk to Donna Ana beach and the quieter bays along the coastal path.
The apartment is everything we needed and more extremely well presented, just the type of place you want to come to when on holiday. Having the pool was great.
Excellent accommodation with everything we could want. Beach mats, towels and welcome pack much appreciated.
Beds must be comfortable as we can’t raise our teenage boys before 11am!
