Newly built two bed apartment is situated within walking distance and just north of the Internationally renowned Vilamoura Marina and the Blue Flag Falesia beach. In arguably the best location in the complex the apartment with its south-west facing balcony looks out over the two swimming pools and towards the Laguna golf course and the Falesia beach. Air-conditioned and fitted out to the highest standards this apartment is an ideal base for either a relaxed sun holiday or alternatively an activity packed time. The apartment caters for both families with young children or people who wish to chill out by utilising the variety of sporting facilities that Vilamoura offers. Some of the amenities that are close to hand include kite surfing, surfing, sea fishing including Big Game, Sailing, Power boating and all varieties of water sports plus tennis, lawn bowling, shooting (including Clays) etc. Last but by no means least there is the close proximity of the five Vilamoura Golf courses.

Changeover day
1. Changeover days are flexible.
2. We operate a meet and greet service. After the normal working hours of the Housekeeper, this will incur an extra charge of €20 payable directly to the Housekeeper.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom and en-suite. Air-conditioned with a double bed and built in wardrobes. There is also a safe for your valuables.
Guest bedroom. Air-conditioned and fitted with two single beds and built in wardrobes.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom comes fitted with a jacuzzi steam shower cabinet, wc, heated towel rail and wash hand basin.
Main bathroom contains a jacuzzi bath with shower fitting. Wash hand basin, wc, heated towel rail and bidet.
Kitchen: Fully fitted with all modern units and conveniences. Cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer plus electric kettle, toaster etc. There is also a comprehensive set of cooking utensils, cutlery glasses and crockery etc.
Utility Room: The utility room contains a large cupboard in which is stored a child's travel cot, child's table attached high chair, as well as ironing board, steam iron etc.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining area. Large air-conditioned area with two three seater settees containing two slide out single beds. Dining table and six chairs with a sideboard. For your entertainment there is a television with Sky satellite, a DVD and CD player.
Other: The lounge area leads on to the large south-west facing balcony on which there is a table and 6 chairs for your alfresco dining. The apartment comes complete with a drying room which contains drying frames etc.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All towels and linen are provided and the maid service is once a week during which the apartment undergoes a complete clean and linen and towel change. Should you wish for a more frequent maid service this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is completely air-conditioned which will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The apartment is suitable for both young and the elderly. There are lifts to all floors from the underground car park with its reserved space. Fitted out to extremely high standards, a south-west facing balcony, fully fitted kitchen, large lounge/dining room and bathrooms with jacuzzi steam shower and bath.

Accessibility
The apartment is suitable for people with mobility problems having specially designed access ramps for wheelchair use to the ground floor and lifts to all other areas.

Outside
The large gardens contain communal showers, a large adult swimming pool as well as a children's pool. The gardens are tastefully planted with a variety of trees, shrubs and flowers. Communal sun loungers are available as well as four sun loungers specifically designated to this apartment.

Coast/Beach
The Vilamoura area offers a fabulous diversity of experiences, from quiet pine forest ambles and Atlantic beaches to a Casino, shooting club, bowls, riding school and deep sea game fishing. Within a short (10-15 minutes) walk you are at either the International Marina or the blue flag Falesia beach.

Golf
One of the main attractions of Vilamoura are the environmentally conscious development of the five championship golf courses within the limits of Vilamoura which will provide a challenge to beginner and scratch golfer alike. Think - The Old Course, Pinhal, Millenium, Laguna and Victoria. All of these courses are only two or three minutes drive away or if you so desire a short walk. These five courses within Vilamoura are of course only a few of the numerous courses that dot the Algarve. Within a short journey you could also be playing on the exclusive courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago etc.

Travel
The nearest airport, Faro International, is approximately 22kms or 25 minutes from Vilamoura. Numerous scheduled flights & charters fly from airports throughout the UK/Ireland and Europe. Cheap scheduled flights are available, amongst others, from Easy jet, Ryanair, British Airways, Aer Lingus, BMI, TAP as well as charter airlines such as Airtours, Spanair.com, Falcon/JWT etc. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.
Car hire is not essential for the enjoyment of the Vilamoura facilities.

Distances
From the apartment a gentle 30 min. walk to the traditional neighbouring Portuguese resort of Quartiera with its fish and vegetable markets and long promenade is also worthwhile. Vilamoura also has a cinema with the latest English language films and slightly further afield can be found the Zoomarine, Aquapark and go carting facilities which are a must for adults and children alike. Whilst a car is not strictly necessary a visit to the surrounding countryside and the local villages is worthwhile.

Further details
Some of the amenities that are close to hand include kite surfing, surfing, sea fishing including big game, sailing, power boating and all varieties of water sports plus tennis, lawn bowling, shooting (including clays) etc.
The centre of Vilamoura must be its internationally renowned Marina. Enjoy a walk around this area and discover, both alongside the Marina and in the surrounding streets the extensive variety of Bars with their regular evening entertainment as well as the International and Portuguese restaurants. People watching is almost mandatory in these child friendly bars and restaurants alongside or surrounding the marina.

1. Prices for the property are in euros.
2. Verbal/email booking will be held for 7 days.
3. 20% non refundable deposit required on confirmation of booking and the balance required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
4. Arrival day. Normally 1600hrs- Departure 1000hrs or by arrangement.
5. Additional requirements such as airport transfers. Welcome grocery packs etc. will be payable on arrival.
6. One week minimum rental in high season.
7. Pool/Beach towels are not provided.
