New 2 bedroom luxury, ground floor apartment perfect for families with younger children. Five minutes from one of the longest and most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. There is a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 good supermarkets and a large, daily market that sells fruit, fish and other produce. There are more than 10 golf courses in close range and shuttle buses run to these as well as to Zoomarine, Slide and Splash, and Aqualand. The leisure is nearby and features a variety of high street and designer shops, cinema restaurant and jewellers, as well as a supermarket. A car is not essential but recommended if wishing to look further afield than the immediate area. Existing facilities are within walking distance and public transport is good. Taxis are reasonably priced. Faro Airport is 35 minutes away by car but buses run frequently there and back. Car hire, if needed, is easily attained at the airport.

Booking notes
Book directly through owner. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
A refundable bond of £200 is required within the final payment. This will be refunded immediately following confirmation that there are No Damages and safe return of the key. Wear and tear to a reasonable extent is acceptable.
Arrangements can be made for you to be met at the apartment and shown around by a resident of adjacent buildings.
