A very spacious villa perfect for holidays. The four bedrooms with ensuite are on the ground floor with the large kitchen. The lounge, dining room and cloakroom are located on the upper level. On the lower ground floor is a separate one bedroom apartment with its own private entrance adjacent to the pool. Each room has its own balcony with tremendous views from the upper terraces over Montinhos da Luz to the sea. The swimming pool is surrounded with sunbathing terrace and the large well maintained garden. Praia da Luz is a 5 minute drive with its shops, restaurants and bars. Palmares, Boa Vista and Parque da Floresta Golf Courses are between 10 to 20 minutes drive away. Water and Theme parks, for the children - or the adults - are within 35 minutes drive.

Accessibility
The property lounge & dining room are located upstairs on the upper level and there are steps down from the rear to the garden and pool so is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties.
Outside
The garden is well maintained and spacious with fruit trees - lovely fresh lemons for those G&Ts. There is a private pool approximately 4m x 10m beside a built in outdoor charcoal barbecue. There are sufficient sun loungers, patio tables and chairs for all to be comfortable.
Coast/Beach
The west coast of the Algarve is littered with beautiful beaches and has fabulous cliff top walks. Praia da Luz is only a five minute drive with its lovely promenade and restaurants backdropped by the magnificent 'Rocha Negra' - Black Rock. Going a little further west is the small village of Burgau with its small beach. On the west coast - about 40 minutes drive - are the fabulous wind surfing beaches, the coast is wild here and is the place to cool down when the temperatures soar.
Golf
Palmares, Boa Vista and Parque de Floresta Golf Courses are within 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport, approximately 75 kms. A hire car is recommended for exploring the Algarve.
Distances
Praia da Luz is only about 3 miles away and can be a lovely stroll. Lagos, the closest town, is 20 minutes by car. Lagos is a lovely town, mingling well the mix of tourists and locals. It retains its character in the lovely cobbled narrow streets and buildings. You can visit the fort, marina and churches or just sit at a small cafe watching the world go by.
Further details
In Luz, the supermarket has a vast range of imported foods from other areas of Europe as well as local flavour. Luz, Lagos and other small villages have an array of restaurants to suit different pockets and tastes. Seafood and fish are popular or why not buy your own at the local fish market in Lagos to put on the BBQ. Banks are available in both Luz and Lagos.
