Located in a small village just 5 minutes drive from the medieval walled town of Obidos and 15 minutes drive from the beach and two of the best golf courses in Portugal (Praia Del Rey and Bom Successo), our three bedroom detached villa is perfectly situated to make the most of what the region has to offer. Built in 2007 this modern but traditional villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 1 family bathroom, large kitchen, lounge/diner and balcony. To the rear there is a BBQ and private pool with plenty of space to lounge and soak up the sun for those days when you want a change from the beach.

Outside
To the rear is a private swimming pool and waterfall feature, with loungers, BBQ area, patio and carport. Large wooden garden table and chairs. Gravelled front garden with fruit and palm trees.
Coast/Beach
The area is scattered with beautiful beaches just 15 minutes away, from Baleal to the huge Obidos lagoon. The area has become world renowned for it's excellent surfing. To the north is Sao Martinho with it's calm water and natural crescent bay.
Golf
For golf enthusiasts there are a number of excellent courses close by. Praia d'el Rey (15 minutes away) was voted the best in Portugal by golf world magazine. Bom Successo (10 minutes away) has just been completed and the beautiful Golden Eagle is just 30 mins away.
Travel
Lisbon airport is 50 minutes drive away. Porto airport is 2.5 hours drive away. The use of a car is essential.
Distances
5 minute walk into village for shops, bars and restaurants. The medieval walled town of Obidos is a 5 minutes drive away and has much historic interest. A number of festivals including the famous Chocolate and Medieval festivals are held here. The large fishing port of Peniche is approximately 20 minutes drive. Caldas da Rainha, a large town is 15 minutes away and has a good selection of shops, a daily market and lovely park.

25% deposit required to hold the booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. £250 security deposit required when paying final balance, refundable following inspection of property.
