A superb new luxury apartment, fabulously furnished to a very high standard throughout with a superb quality fitted kitchen including all Bosch appliances built in. The spacious lounge has 2 x leather settees, matching living room furniture with table and chairs etc, a flat screen LCD TV with Sky Satellite and a DVD/CD player. This is a real home from home. There are verandas both front and rear which are supplied with beautiful cane furniture, sun beds and a small table and chairs. The apartment is fully air-conditioned it has electric shutters, surround sound and an alarm with an intercom. To top this all off is use of the private health club located within this small complex, this has an indoor pool, a gym, sauna, steam room and a pool table room. The apartment is located within Guia itself which therefore requires only a brief stroll to all the village amenities and its many restaurants and several bars. You will most definitely not be disappointed.

Bookings can be midweek to midweek to avoid expensive flights. Late booking discount and longer bookings discount offered on request.

Changeover day
Changeover day is totally flexible and a stay can be mid week to midweek as flights do tend to be cheaper on these days. Duration of stay is normally a minimum of at least one week but beyond this any number of days is accepted.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a super king size luxury bed.
Bedroom 2 has two large adult size single beds.
Both rooms have oak floors, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors to a different veranda.
Bathrooms: The main bathroom is impressive with its modern fittings including a jacuzzi bath with overhead shower, bidet, wc and hand basin.
The en-suite is of the same standard with a separate shower.
Both have very stylish tiled floors and part walls.
Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen with solid granite worktops and built in Bosch appliances including oven, hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Included is all kitchenware needed as well as kettle, toaster, iron, iron board etc.
Living Rooms: Beautifully furnished to the very high standard of a second home. Included are 2 x leather suites, matching living room furniture (table and chairs etc) LCD TV with Sky Satellite and a DVD/CD player. Sliding doors lead out onto the main veranda area.

Notes on accommodation
Please no smoking in the apartment but out on the veranda areas are fine. Books, games and DVDs etc are provided.

Accessibility
1st floor apartment which requires access of 2 x flights of nine steps.

Outside
The apartments private main veranda has beautiful cane furniture and sunbeds. On the 2nd veranda is a small table and chairs. The private health club has an all weather indoor pool, a gym, sauna, steam room and a pool table room. The pool area has its own seating and sun bathing area if you wish to mix with the other guests etc.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach which is a 5 minute drive is the lovely Praia de Gale with its intimate coves on one side and long stretching beach on the other.

Golf
There are many golf courses all along the Algarve the nearest is a Salgados which is a ten minute drive from the apartment.

Travel
Faro airport is around 30 minutes away a direct drive to Guia along the A22, car hire is not essential but recommended as there is so much to see and do. Assistance with car hire can be offered or airport transfers can be arranged for you.

Distances
Exploring the Algarve will make your holiday a memorable one. By car Vilamoura Marina and the jet set are 20 minutes away, the historic town of Silves is about 30 minutes and the mountains of Monchique with its famous spa is about a 45 minutes drive. All are well worth a visit.

Further details
The village of Guia is famous for its restaurants which offer a very high standard, varied and very reasonably priced food. It is renowned as the home of Piri Piri chicken. Also within this typically Portuguese village are the amenities needed such as bars, banks, supermarkets, cafes, post office, chemists etc etc. The locals are very friendly, warm and welcoming.
Also within Guia, Cliff Richard has a home overlooking his famous vineyard, a visit and wine tasting is open to the public.

Albufeira's historic old town is a 10 minute drive with its many bars and restaurants. The Algarve shopping complex with its fabulous shops, food court, 10 pin bowling and cinema's is only a 2 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. Zoomarina is a 5 minute drive located within the district of Guia.

Booking notes
Any booking will be confirmed on receipt of a 25 % deposit, balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. A £100 breakage deposit is required at the meet and greet stage and returned if no breakages take place when leaving the apartment. It is advised that guests take out their own insurance cover before travel as we regret bookings are taken on this basis only and that no liability for loss or injury however caused during your stay is accepted.
