Completed in early 2003, this spacious new villa is situated 9 km from the picturesque city of Lagos near the western end of the Algarve, one hour's drive from Faro airport. It is also within easy reach (2km) of the lovely picture-postcard seaside village of Praia Da Luz, with its beautiful sandy beach, and a good selection of restaurants and bars. There is ample parking within the grounds with lockable front gates. A car is recommended for ease of travel. As the owners live here throughout the winter months, the villa is very well equipped and comfortably furnished. The private swimming pool incorporates a kiddies' splash pool and surrounding terrace has a full compliment of patio furniture, poolside shower and BBQ.

Changeover day
Saturday - arrival after 15.00 and departing before 10.00
There is a "Meet and Greet" service, provided by the Management Agent at the villa for the hand over of keys.
A number will be given for you to ring the Agent prior to leaving Faro airport.

| Living Rooms: | A large comfortable lounge is furnished with leather easy chairs and sofas, English channel Television 'with Freeview' and DVD/video player. The dining-area has a pine table seating eight, with matching Welsh-dresser. Patio doors lead to the garden area. |

Maid service is provided: twice weekly cleaning, weekly linen change and twice weekly towel change. Towels and linen are provided, but please bring your own beach towels for use around the pool and on the beach. |

Electronic shutters to window/patio doors give added security.
A safe is provided for more valuable items.

The villa is not suitable for wheel chairs.
Strictly no smoking in the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
Outside
The kitchen and downstairs bedroom lead out to a private mosaic-lined swimming pool, (approx 7m x 4m) incorporating a childrens splash pool. The terrace surrounding the pool has a pool side shower, and a full compliment of patio furniture; loungers with mattresses, tables, chairs and sun parasols.
There is a well maintained garden and BBQ.
A gardener and a poolman visit to maintain the facilities.
There is ample parking within the grounds. Lockable front gates provide security to the premises. A car is recommended for ease of travel - car hire can be arranged through the Agent if required.
Coast/Beach
The villa is within 2 km of the lovely picture postcard village of Praia Da Luz with its beautiful sandy beach and a good selection of restaurants and bars. (5 min drive/20 min walk). The whole coast line of the Algarve is dotted with picturesque beaches, and a short car ride will take you to many in Western Algarve, some very suited to surfing.
Golf
There are top class Golf courses within 10 - 30 min drive. To the east Boavista, Palmares, Penina and Alvor; to the west Parque da Floresta.
Travel
The villa is situated near the village of Praia Da Luz, 1 hours drive from Faro airport.
A hire car is recommended for ease of travel.
Distances
10 km from the villa is the picturesque city of Lagos. A lively, cosmopolitan and historic coastal site with a dazzling array of excellent bars, restaurants and shops. It also possesses one of the busiest marinas in the Algarve.
Further details
Tennis, cycling, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, canoeing, sailing, swimming, surfing and wind surfing are just a few of the popular local activities available.
The Algarve is a grand area for walking and the scenic coastal walk from Luz to Burgau, the next fishing village, is just one of many attractive examples along this spectacular stretch of coast line.
The coast from Lagos to Luz has fantastic rock formations, with caves and grottoes. Boat trips to explore them are very worthwhile.

20% non-refundable deposit on booking.
Remaining balance (plus a refundable damage bond of £200) will be due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
