| Bedrooms: | Master Bedroom comprises of one double bedroom. A full height air bed is available on request. Two twin bedded rooms. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite shower to master bedroom. En-suite bathroom to one of the twin bedded rooms. Further shower. |
| Kitchen: | The modern fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven and hob and a washing machine. The kitchen opens onto a separate patio area with a large table suitable for relaxing al fresco dining. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious airy lounge is tastefully decorated and has an attached dining area which opens out onto the garden and patio area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Guests are provided with kitchen linen, bed linen, hand towels and bath towels all of which are changed once during a twice weekly visit by the maid. Beach towels are not provided. However guests are responsible for the removal of all rubbish. |

Villa Archer has been designed and furnished with adults in mind.
Outside
There is ample terrace furniture including sun lounges, table and chairs surrounding the enclosed garden area and 8m x 4m heated salt water pool with Roman end bubble seat incorporated in steps. There is a good sized Bar-B-Que available for use on the terrace.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches of Praia da Galé and Praia Grande are approximately 3 - 5 minutes away.
Golf
For guests wishing to have a quiet and relaxing holiday or maybe wishing to explore the Algarve or those who just prefer to have a good round of Golf, Villa Archer is situated in an excellent area with numerous golf courses to choose from including Salgados Golf which is within walking distance.
Travel
Faro Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive from the Villa. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Towns close to the Villa are Albufeira and Armaçao de Pera which have a good selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife entertainment.

Len, Villa Archer was total luxury, everything about the villa was very high standard in decoration, furnishings and equipment. Everything you would want in a holiday villa is included, we hardly needed or wanted to take any days away from the villa during our stay. Villa Archer is ideally located, in a quiet area but very close (short car journey) from busy Albufeira and the Old Town also easy reach to Spain and other parts of Portugal. Recommend the Oceania supermarket a few minutes down the road for anything you would need in terms of food and drink during your stay. Also very close to the Zoo Marina which is worth a visit.
