The property is 70 years old and set on a quiet road in the small village of Senhora Da Luz. It enjoys complete privacy being totally enclosed behind a purpose built perimeter wall and electric front gate. The property has 4 bedrooms, two with ensuite facilities. There are 2 additional bathrooms and a large farmhouse kitchen. The focal point of the property internally is the main reception room with its high ceiling incorporating the original oak beams. It also has a wine press just off the main room for relaxing and enjoying drinks. There is ample parking at the front of the property for 3 cars. To the rear there is a large lawned garden with a private heated pool and sun terrace with a built in outside barbecue area.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally a Friday but we can provide flexibility dependant upon requirements.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is a double room with en suite. Bedroom 2 is a twin room. Bedroom 3 is a double room. Bedroom 4 is a twin room with en suite. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom has a bath, basin, shower, bidet and toilet. There is a second separate bathroom just off the farmhouse kitchen which has a toilet, basin and shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has a cooker, washing machine, microwave oven and fridge/freezer. |
| Living Rooms: | The main living room has two sofas, a brand new LCD TV with satellite connection, DVD player and CD player. |
| Other: | The wine press is just off the main lounge area and has seating for up to 10 people with a table built around the original wine press itself. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. The property will be cleaned before arrival and again upon departure. All towels and linen to be left for property management company to launder. |

Accessibility
The house is all on one floor and so is accessible for wheelchair users.
Outside
The large rear garden is lawned with a sun terrace leading out from the main kitchen via sliding patio doors. The pool is situated next to the sun terrace. The pool is private and heated. There is garden furniture available for use.
Coast/Beach
There is an inland lagoon for water sports. This is also a great place of natural beauty and is only 10 minutes away. The coast is 20 minutes away and there are various places such as the beach at Peniche which are well worth a visit.
Golf
There are many golf courses close by to the property the most impressive of which is the Royal Obidos course which is 10 minutes away by car.
Travel
The nearest airport is Lisbon. Door-to-door the journey from Lisbon airport will take 45 minutes.

In both Obidos and Caldas there are shops, banks and supermarkets.
