Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros.
Prices for Christmas period will be calculated on length of stay. Please ask. Please note a small amount of €10/£10 will be charged for loss of key.
An additional charge of €100/£100 per person per week when using sofa bed.
Changeover day
Changeover day in peak/high season to be Saturday, but please ask I may be able to accommodate your requirements. Visitors to arrive after 4.00pm and depart by 10.00am. These times MUST be adhered to, to allow the villa to be thoroughly valeted.

| Other: | No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in villa. A welcome pack of tea, sugar, coffee, milk, fruit juice, bottle of water and biscuits will be left for visitors. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedlinen and towels are provided. Also towels for round the swimming pool. The villa is cleaned with new bedding and towels at the end of each occupancy. If staying for more than 1 week the linen and towels will be changed in the middle of stay. |

Notes on accommodation
Portable electric radiators in every room. A sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests. ( An extra charge of 100 euros per week per person will be added) The villa has 3 steps from kitchen to lounge and a further 3 from lounge to bedrooms.
Accessibility
The property is not suitable for people with mobility problems because of the steps inside the villa, there is no special wheelchair access.
Outside
Outside there is a 8 x 4m swimming pool. Poolside shower. BBQ. A screened tiled Portuguese table and 2 benches with hammock. Large sun umbrella. 6 Poolside loungers. 6 additional part lounge chairs and table.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 beautiful sandy beaches close by. Arrifana approx 2km. Monte Clerigo approx 3km. A little further are Bordeiro and Carrapateira. You are within 30 minutes drive of many many more fantastic quiet beaches. Most have restaurants on the beaches, open in holiday season. Information and maps on all the beaches and good restaurants, also special interest sites in the area are available in the villa.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport for Vale da Telha, 108km approx 1hr.20m along the A22 motorway. Car hire is recommended to see the best of the area. I can recommend carhire companies & shuttle transfer companies which are very reasonable and friendly, just ask when making enquiries about the villa.
Distances
Nearest restaurants and bars are approx 10 min walk from the villa. There are 2 small but well stocked mini rmarkets also within walking distance of the villa. Recommend is a trip up the Monchique mountains, the scenery is breathtaking, and some fantastic restaurants, but choose a sunny day, to get the best of the views. Approx. 40 mins drive.
Further details
Aljezur is the nearest town with post office, banks, several shops and restaurants A great indoor market selling all local fresh vegetables, bread, cheeses and local caught fish. A large Intermarche supermarket newly opened in 2011.
20 minutes to Lagos there is a large marina and a variety of very good restaurants and shops.
Booking notes
30% deposit is required on confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment in full if booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to holiday. No refunds will be made after confirmation & deposit is paid if guests have to cancel for any reason. Insurance against this event is recommended. Additional 2 on sofa bed in lounge. Extra €100/£100 per pp per week.

About the owner
I am a self employed auto electrician living in the UK.
I purchased the villa in 2006 because I love the area and am a
kite surfing/surfing/wind surfing enthusiast. In my opinion the western algarve has the finest beaches in Portugal and the surrounding area is breathtaking.
I have tried to make the villa a home from home with every comfort for holiday makers. I have had the garden landscaped and it is ideal for sitting having a BBQ or relaxing round the pool.
Unique benefits of the property
It is a very relaxing stress free area, or you can motor to some of the more hectic towns to enjoy your stay. Either way, it is a central area to enjoy numerous locations without getting stuck in heavy traffic jams.
