This Beautiful Stylish, South-facing 3 bed apartment, furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning through out boasts an ideal location on the secure complex of the prestigious Corcovada complex in popular Praia D'Oura. It enjoys the benefits of overlooking the swimming pools, fabulous landscaped gardens and sea views. The large living area is furnished for comfort having 2 soft leather sofa’s to relax on with cable TV and DVD player. Two bedrooms have large double beds, the third with twin bed and the apartment's master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. There is lift access to the apartment and parking is available. The complex has its own shops, snack bar, kid's play area and mini golf. However there are many restaurants and bars close by, within easy walking distance of the beach, the 'Strip' and the Old Town. Ideally suited for families and groups who want to be near all amenities but also enjoy the benefits of a private family complex.

Changeover day
There is flexibility for changeover day and we will always try to accommodate your individual needs. Check in time is usually 3pm and check out is 11am, but depending on other bookings we are flexible on this also and will advise you accordingly.

Utility Room: Off the kitchen and holds iron/ironing board, mop, broom, dustpan, linen basket.
Living Rooms: Stylishly furnished with 2 large sofas and armchair. A large LCD flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining table with seating for 6. Patio doors opening out onto two balconies with rattan furniture to sit and enjoy the fabulous views.
Other: Lift access, air-conditioning/heating electric aluminum shutters to all windows & patio doors. There is security telephone access to the complex. This apartment is situated on the second floor and has balconies overlooking gardens with pool and sea views.

Towels and linen included, guests should bring their own towels for pool and beach. A Mid Stay cleaning service is provided for all bookings of more then 7 days with towel and linen changed. Extra cleaning can be arranged at a cost.

Notes on accommodation
This is a very large modern apartment. The lounge/diner is beautifully decorated with wooden floors, air-conditioning/heating, with 2 large leather sofas, arm chair and a modern dining suite with patio doors leading to a balcony perfect for relaxing and watching the sun go down! It is equipped with a TV/satellite and a DVD player. The dining kitchen has all modern appliances. The two double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables with air-conditioning/heating. The third bedroom has twin beds, locker and also has air-conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has large an-suite and the apartment has also a spacious family bathroom. A hairdryer is available also. Baby chair and cots can be provided at a cost. The apartment has its own 2 private sun beds situated on the balcony off the master Bedroom. Guests are kindly requested not to smoke inside the apartment but to use the balconies or outside facility areas.

Accessibility
Lift access to all floors and garage. The front entry door has video/keypad control from apartment and has secure access to the pool.

Outside
Each block has their own pool and kids pool for sole use of the occupants with beds and umbrellas provided. There is both key and security keypad access into each block with added telephone security in the apartments. Beautifully landscaped grounds with on site cafe, children's play area, pitch and put. This complex has 24 hour security. There is a bus service departing directly across the road from the Corcovada complex every day to The Old Town area of Albufeira.

Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful golden sandy beaches in the vicinity, the closest Praia Da Oura being just 10 minutes walk away, although there is a shuttle bus from Corcovada which also takes you to the Fisherman's beach in the Old Town. Praia da Santa Eulalie is another wonderful beach only 5 miles further on.

Golf
Parque de Corcovada is well located for access to 9 golf courses within 40 minutes drive, the closest being 10 minutes away. There are another 26 courses to try along the Algarve. Elected as the 'established golf destination of the year 2006' it attracts many golfing visitors from all over the world to play on the finest and most challenging courses.

Travel
Faro Airport is serviced by most budget airlines and is only 40 minutes by car/taxi. Car hire is not necessary for this apartment and Airport pickups can be arranged (prices on request). If you prefer we can also arrange car hire from the airport or to be delivered locally.

Distances
Faro 46 km, Lagos 45km, Portimao 35km, Tavira 60 km, Lisbon 256km (reached in approx 3 hours via fast toll motorway). Local shops/supermarkets are only minutes away on foot, and taxis into the Old Town area cost approx 5 euro.

Further details
This area offers great holiday opportunities throughout the year with golf courses, water sports, shopping, beaches and a huge variety of restaurants. Areias Sao Joao, offers many shops, bars, restaurants and clubs, many of which are situated on the 'The Strip' which runs from Montechoro to the beach at Praia da Oura.

For many visitors the golden sandy beaches and the vibrant nightlife of Albufeira here provides the perfect holiday ingredients. The nearest golf course is Balaia Golf which is situated in the lovely Eulalia area of Albufeira.

Children and teenagers on holiday in Albufeira will enjoy the Zoo Marine centre at Guia, as well as the English-Language cinemas, bowling, the lovely park 'Slide and Splash' in Lagoa is a fun day out for all the family with separate area for very young children to enjoy.

Zoo Marine is based in Guia a short car/bus ride. Zoo Marine features tropical bird shows, and aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens.

Old town Albufeira is about 1km away. There is a mixture of the historic and the traditional flavour of the Algarve with cobbled streets and picturesque leafy town squares, plus a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

The beach at Praia d'Oura offers a wide variety of water sports including windsurfing, water-skiing, parascending, jet skis and the always popular, banana boat ride whilst scuba diving can be found in the next cove along.

Many boat trips depart from Prais D'Oura which is a great way to explore the hidden grottoes of the stunning Algarve coastline - and there are plenty of fishing trips available. There are many smaller quieter coves to be found around Praia d'Oura, around Albufeira that can be reached on foot along the coast. There are wonderful clifftop paths along the Algarve coast in both directions which can be taken.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 35% will be required on booking and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Payment by cheque or Bank Transfer. A ฃ200 or €250 breakage deposit required (refundable 1 week after departure). Cots can be arranged at a cost of €10 per week and highchairs at €15 per week.

This Apartment went way behond our expectations! It beautifully decorated with all you need for a family on a self catering holiday. The location suited us as we did not want to hire a car - here we could walk to the beach and restaurants ! Brillant holiday and we will be back !
Just back from a fantastic holiday at Parque do Corcoavada Albufeira. The property can only be described as stunning! It was much bigger then we expected and the kids (teenagers!) just loved the fact that we were so need to the "Strip" so they could meet up with their friends - A Fab holiday ! Thank you.
Just a quick note to say thank you for letting us stay in your lovely apartment, everyone enjoyed the holiday and thought that Albufeira is a really good place for a family to stay.
We did enjoy our stay everything went so smoothly. The apartment is beautiful and so spacious and clean I would describe it as a palace! You were both very helpful nothing seemed to be too much trouble for either of you.
