A beautiful and sunny west facing property set in the renowned Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort. The enviable frontline position just above the driving range enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views from the coast to the countryside. The villa is air conditioned with a heated pool and furnished to a high standard. The resort is situated just five minutes drive from the lovely fishing village of Salema and offers a superb 18-hole golf course with academy and driving range, tennis, soccer, a championship bowling green, spa with indoor pool, fitness centre and children's club. There are restaurants on site and several others within walking or short driving distance. The area offers a wonderful choice of beaches on two coastlines. The unspoilt West coast is only a 20 minute drive away. The nearby town of Lagos with its marina and nightlife is only a 15 minute drive. The region has an excellent range of good quality restaurants, as well as coastal walks and places of interest.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Saturdays during peak season. Check in time on the day of arrival is 16h00 and check out time on the day of departure is 10h00. Flexibility can only be given to these times outside of peak periods.

The villa has been issued with an "Alojamento Local", a license required by law and issued by the authorities in Portugal, which certifies that the property meets the legal standard in respect of safety, comfort and hygiene.
Accessibility
The villa has a frontline hillside position located just above the end of the driving range. Access is via a few steps to the front door. Pool and patio access is available from the bedrooms which are situated on the ground floor. The garden is accessed via steps.
Outside
Private heated infinity pool with access steps, depth markings are 1.25m - 2.25m and the dimensions are 10.00m x 5.00m. There is an outside shower located next to the swimming pool. The barbecue is located on a private balcony with dining facilities just off the lounge area.
Coast/Beach
2kms, a 5 minute drive to the secluded golden beach of Salema, which is also a pretty and unspoilt fishing village full of charm where you can find numerous traditional restaurants. 20 minutes to the West Coast beaches where you will find the fabulous Praia do Amado among others. 20 minutes to Lagos for an abundance of golden beaches and sleepy coves.
Golf
Parque da Floresta has its own challenging 18 hole par 71 course which is 4381 yards long, with no two holes the same! Golf facilities include a pro shop, restaurant and club house, Driving range with five covered and ten outdoor bays and target greens, three practice putting greens and short game practice area, PGA approved Golf academy with private or group lessons. All our guests can apply to receive a generous discount on green fees at Parque da Floresta (note must be advised prior to arrival). Boavista, Palmares and Penina courses are within a 25 minute drive of the resort.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport, and approximately a 1 hour drive. The distance is 100kms. Lisbon Airport is approximately 2 and a half hours drive and around 312kms in distance. Seville Airport is approximately 2 and a half hours drive and around 310km in distance.
Distances
Resort spa, gym, kids club, golf, bar and 2 restaurants about 10 minutes walk. Supermarket, petrol station tennis and other restaurants 3-5 minutes drive. The nearest town of Lagos is a 15 minute drive. ATM facilities available at reception.

A non refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by transfers directly to our bank account. In the event of a cancellation, we apply the following charges: Up to 42 days – loss of deposit. 42 – 29 days 50%. 28 – 15 days 75%. 14 – 1 day 100%. A damage deposit is required on arrival.
