There is a large sweeping driveway which leads from the gate at the bottom right up to the front door of the property. On entering the villa, there is a hallway with doors leading to the kitchen, entrance WC and through to the lounge. The lounge is spacious and light and has satellite TV/music system and ample seating. There is a door to the left leading to a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Doors from the master bedroom lead to the pool area. There is also a further bedroom on this side of the property. A door from the right of the lounge leads to two further bedrooms and a family bathroom, one of the bedrooms also has access to the pool through patio doors. Leading from the lounge is a large dining area with double doors to an internal patio with stairs leading to the roof terrace. The modern fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped and offers a further dining area. The villa has air conditioning throughout.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Entry into the villa is 2pm and departure should be 10am although this can be flexible depending on other bookings.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is included in the price. The property is suitable for children and adults alike.
Outside
Leading from patio doors from the lounge and two of the bedrooms is the unusually large swimming pool and terrace which has a further BBQ and outdoor seating area with bar and external fridge, ideal for alfresco dining. There is also a poolside shower room and WC. The pool also has an electronically operated cover to optimize the pool temperature. The pool itself is 12x6. The property is surrounded by well maintained gardens.
Coast/Beach
Centeanes beach is a 10 minute walk which is a beautiful beach offering an excellent restaurant/snack bar and well maintained toilets. There is also water sports offered in the summer. There are plenty of other fantastic beaches within easy reach of the villa.
Golf
The villa is situated on Vale do Milho, a 9 hole par 3 golf course situated 3 km to the east of Carvoeiro. Close by is the Vale do Pinta and Gramacho golf courses which are a 10 minute drive away. There are also many other courses in the Algarve to choose from.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro (45 mins drive). A car is recommended but not necessary.
Distances
There are several excellent restaurants within an easy walk of the villa and also a small supermarket and a few bars/coffee shops. Carvoeiro is a 15-20 min walk or a very short drive and offers an array of restaurants / bars etc. The water slide parks are a 10 minute drive and Zoomarine (where you can swim with dolphins) is just a little further. A taxi back from Carvoeiro is 5 euros.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is taken on booking the villa with the balance to be made within 8 weeks of the holiday. A £200 refundable security deposit is also required to cover any breakages.
