Features include a galleried first floor with table tennis, 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a climate control system. The beautifully landscaped garden is wonderful for dining outside and includes a back wall built of local stone. There are lemon, quince and almond trees in the garden.

Changeover day

Notes on accommodation
The villa is very suited to families side of the bed, anti slip bath mat, kids beakers and CBBC! There is also a selection of popular board games, books and DVDs and of course pool toys, balls and a full size table tennis table upstairs. The villa incorporates award winning environmentally-friendly design features such as adobe bricks and uses an innovative low energy cooling system ensuring the rooms stay a constant temperature all day.

Living and sleeping area on same level as garden but kitchen accessible by 3 steps.
Outside
One of the largest heated swimming pools, 10 m by 5 m at Alma Verde with shallow end for young children (0.8 metre) and very deep end (2.1 metres) perfect for older children to jump in! 6 sun loungers and patio table to sit 10 people easily. Weber gas BBQ. Private roof terrace. West facing garden does not back on to other villas and attracts sun from mid morning to late evening. Tennis and children’s' play area 3 minute walk from villa. Parking for 2 cars in drive.
Coast/Beach
Many wonderful beaches nearby with great beach side restaurants. The more secluded ones are on the South coast and include Salema, Zavial, Burgau and Ingrina. Bigger wave beaches are at Martinhal and the west coast. All beaches are very clean, unspoilt and not crowded.
The beach restaurants are children friendly.
Golf
Parque de Floresta 4km. Boavista 6km. Palmares 15km. All are great courses.
Special interest holidays
Tennis on-site. Lagos and Sagres with dolphin watching and boat trips. Slide and Splash, The Big one, Aqualand, Krazy world and Zoo Marine all between 30 to 45 minutes back towards Faro.
Travel
Faro airport is now a comfortable 60 minute motorway drive.
Lisbon and Seville are 2½ - 4 hours hours drive.
Distances
Burgau 3km. Luz 6km. Lagos 8km / 10 minutes drive.
5 minutes from Southern coast (fantastic for families).
15 minutes to West coast (surfing rollers, spectacular beaches).

If you require pampering or special treatments there is a Wellness Centre on-site which also offers internet access, Wifi and an English babysitter. New in 2008 was a children’s play area and tennis courts. Nearest supermarket and petrol are 5 minutes away with others at Lagos, Luz and Burgau. Most restaurants child friendly.
