Outside
The gardens are matured and manicured with paths and walkways for convenience. The roof terrace has sun loungers for sunbathing and the south facing balcony has a large table and 6 chairs and both enjoy unrivalled views of gardens, pool and children's pool. All accessible doors and windows are equipped with electric shutters.
Coast/Beach
Vilamoura beach is a 5 minute drive away and there is also a private beach for Vila Sol at Ancao, just 15 mins away.
Golf
This apartment is set within the magnificent 27 hole Vila Sol Golf Course which has twice held the Portuguese open. There is also a driving range, practise course, golf academy and large club house inc bar, restaurant and golf shop.
Other golf courses nearby include Quinta da Lago-15 mins away, Pinhal-5 mins away, Millennium 5 mins away, Victoria 8 mins away, Laguna 8 mins away and the old course- 10 mins away.
Travel
15-20 mins from faro airport. Car hire is not essential but is recommended. Transport to and from airport can be arranged for an additional cost.

Hi Wayne & Orla. We have just returned from your wonderful apartment and are already missing it. It was very hot over there and your air conditioning was a godsend. The apartment is so large and the kids really enjoyed all the toys and DVDs you left out for us. We stayed at the pool area nearly all day, every day as it is just so relaxing. We will be recommending it all our friends. Oh and Frank wants to mention that he enjoyed watching Corrie on your plasma TV!!

Hi, we are Wayne and Orla. We have a 2 daughters, Alana and Cara. We both live and work in Ireland. We have been visiting Vila Moura for the last 7 years and love it so much that we decided to buy a property there. We hope to help our guests have a brilliant holiday and enjoy the area as much as we do.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We were going to Vilamoura on holiday for the last 6 yrs and loved it so much that we decided to buy a property there. It has something for everybody. Sunset Villas is where we decided to buy after a lot of viewings of different properties. The area is very private yet has easy access to everything.
Unique benefits of the property
Our apartment has a large private roof terrace and this was an important factor in buying the property. It also has a large private balcony and patio doors which open on to the balcony from the lounge. We also have a Large Plasma satellite TV and a home cinema system.
The location is second to none and the layout of the apartment is in our opinion brilliant with 2 en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge and a large seperate kitchen and utility room. At night time, the lights on the gardens and the pool are beautiful and we enjoy nothing more than sitting on the balcony, with a glass of vino, listening to music. It really is idyllic. Also for the kids, there is a huge water park just 5 mins from the entrance from our resort. Enjoy your stay!
