Ideal for a city break! Great location near Lisbon castle and Alfama, close to city centre. Nearby restaurants, shops, Feira da Ladra market, transport links. Refurbished apartment in characteristic building in one of the oldest districts of the city. Bright, sunny 4th floor (top) apartment with southwest facing balcony. There are clean sandy beaches at Cascais, Estoril and Costa da Caparica where you can soak up the sun. Good transport facilities nearby including the famous no. 28 tram line. The region is steeped in history and it really is worth seeing the Tower of Belem and the Monument to the Discoveries. Experience typical Portugal and take a trip to the pretty village of Sintra. Staying in central Lisbon you are well situated to enjoy many of the city's attractions. Lisbon is full of traditional unspoilt streets, busy with local cafes, restaurants, shops where you can soak up the atmosphere.

<1km to city centre. 2km to Bairro Alto or 20 mins by tram. About 30 minutes to beach from Cais do Sodre station. Taxis always available on street nearby.
