This luxury villa has been subject to total rebuild a couple of years ago and benifits from a very flexable accomadation for upto 13 guests.their are large terrances upstairs and has an unusual feature on Bannanas growing indoors in a atrium. The front room has a nice bar in it and has patio doors leading out to the rear garden and pool area which has a BBQ ready for those long hot summer evenings. The pool was rebuilt with a new filter system and all the surrounds and paths were re-tiled. A new kitchen fitted with new white goods and completely re-tiled. 90% of the furniture has been replaced . The rear garden is very private. The local area benefits from supermarkets and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the villa with further restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a twice weekly maid service, daily can be arranged if required. Our local agent sees to all your needs that can include trips out, airport transfers, taxis, golf bookings and any emergency's that should crop up.
Accessibility
Villa does have some steps but benefits from 3 downstairs bedrooms so is fairly accessible for the disabled.
Outside
The lovely rear garden is very private and has a private swimming pool and BBQ area with plenty of room to soak up the sun.
Coast/Beach
Sao Rafael Beach 2 mile, Gale Beach 1.5 miles.
The best beach in the Algarve is just down the road, Gale beach has mile after mile of golden sand with water sports for hire in the peak season. Faro Airport, 35 miles.
Golf
The Salgados Golf course is just a mile way with 2 new courses under construction close by and 6 or more golf course are within a 20 minute drive of the villa
Travel
Faro Airport is the nearest, 35 miles. Lisbon is about 100 miles away. Albufeira Town 4 miles.
Distances
The local area benefits from a local supermarket and 3 restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the villa with a further 4 restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

Many restaurants in the local area and many activities bookable including, boat trips, jeep safari's, horse riding, jet ski, bike hire, sea fishing, golf etc.

Bookings must be made on our booking forms obtainable by emailing via links lower down page. 10% deposit for following year + 20% more in January, or 30% deposit at time of booking in year of departure. Final balance 6 weeks before departure. £250 refundable security deposit payable with final balance. Deposit refunds are as per terms and conditions.
