Living Rooms: Exceptionally large living room which includes a double sofabed, 2 seater sofa, TV, DVD player & DVDs, dining table & chairs and high baby chair. Sit and relax while looking out over the balcony and shared pool area through 2 sets of patio doors.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and children can play safely on the large balcony and can easily be seen if at the shared swimming pool which is directly opposite the apartment.

This area of Portugal is blessed with a number of spectacular golf courses which are within 20-30 minutes drive. These include Praia d'El Ray just along the coast; Bom Successo, Golden Eagle near Santarem and Campo Real near Torres Vedros.

Travel
Lisbon airport 1 hour drive. Porto 2 hour drive. Car hire is recommended to fully enjoy and appreciate this beautiful region. Transport to and from Lisbon Airport can be arranged for an additional fee depending on availability.

Sao Martinho do Porto has rail and bus links with Lisbon. Banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located within a short walking distance. A local market runs daily (except Mondays). Other recreational activities include horse-riding, fishing, surfing and golf.

Booking notes
Prices quoted are for stays of 1 week. For stays of 2 weeks or more price is negotiable. €100 non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival plus €200 security deposit against damages / breakages / loss of keys (refundable on safe return of keys and satisfactory house-keeping report).

This apartment is well-equipped, classy and secure. I am usually one who worries about security when an apartment is on the ground floor. One need not worry about that when staying in this apartment. It is well-secured, and Sao Martinho is a very safe place anyway. The Property Manager was very hospitable, and went the extra mile to meet my needs on several instances. The landlord also kept in contact throughout my stay, to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether you choose this apartment for short-term or long-term rental, you'll certainly enjoy your stay, and you can rely on the landlord and the Property Manager.
