Lots of facilities within easy walking distances. There is a great public transportation service for those who want to venture further. We can recommend a good company for car hire with great rates if required. The apartment is 47 kilometres from Faro airport, approx a 30 minute journey, transfer can be arranged.

Various supermarkets are a short distance along with varied shops, restaurants and bars. A speciality is fish for which Armacoa is known. 4 mins walk to central booking office for all trips.

20% deposit is required for a booking, full payment within 8 weeks of arrival. A refundable deposit of £200 is required prior to arrival along with payment, refund on departure if no damage has occured to your bank account.

Loraine and Myself (Adrian) bought our property in 2009 and have made it an extension of our home, come and share our little treasure. We are both hard working people who cherish our holiday time and have grown to love the Algarve and spend all our holidays in the delightful town of Armacoa De Pera, which we feel is home from home.
