Accessibility
Not accessible for wheelchair users. Lots of steps, I'm afraid.

Both 1st floor terraces are equipped with tables and chairs for outside dining. Additional large secluded upper roof terrace equipped with sun loungers, enjoying wonderful sea views. Gas Barbeque.

Parque da Floresta is on the edge of a Nature Reserve in the beautiful unspoilt Western Algarve, just a short drive from your many lovely sandy beaches.
Golf
Parque da Floresta is one of the most renowned golf courses in the Algarve. This property is just a short walk from the clubhouse, with guests enjoying a 40% discount on green fees. For resort residents a handicap certificate is not required. There are regular tournaments for guests, including special junior competitions. Lessons are available, group or individual. Golf driving range. Club and buggy hire available. Golf pro shop.

Travel
Faro is the nearest airport, about an hour's drive along the new motorway. From Lisbon the drive is 2¾ hours. Car hire is essential.
Distances
This luxury house is ideally placed just a couple of minutes walk from the pools, spa, golf course and first tee, restaurants etc.
A well stocked supermarket, petrol station, bakery are located at Budens, being the nearest village, about a mile away. Salema is the nearest fishing village with a large beach and many restaurants.
Lagos is about 15 minutes by car, with its marina, shops, restaurants, banks, market, discos and numerous boat trips.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking, the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Owner profile
About the owner
We have been regular visitors to Parque da Floresta and the Algarve for the last 15 years. We purchased 'our home in the sun' a couple of years ago and as a family enjoy our time spent there. It is enjoyed by our friends and family and has recently become very popular with guests who book through Owners Direct. We have repeat customers who book the same time each year or will book at last minute to go off and enjoy a break in the sun. The feedback we get about our house from guests is fantastic, they love both the location and the house itself. The house is fully managed by the Resort, therefore keeping it fully maintained. At the beginning of 2010 we had the house fully renovated and refurbished and now boasts a new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, doors and so much more!
