Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible out of peak season. The villa is available for occupancy at 3pm and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Booking notes
30% non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Once confirmed booking forms will be sent and the reservation held for one week awaiting the 30% deposit. Rental rates are quoted in Pounds Sterling but the rental may be paid in Euros directly in our Portuguese account. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
