Living Rooms: Large corner sofa. Bar stools fit comfortably under the granite worktop from which you can enjoy the stunning views. A range of lovely white fitted wall units, coffee table, dimmer lighting etc. Flat panel TV, DVD, HI-FI to lounge and bedroom.
Other: Very nice entrance hall leading into the bedroom, bathroom and open plan lounge.

The accommodation leads onto the lower terrace which has a dining table and chairs. There are steps leading up to the upper terrace which has 2 reclining sunbeds, 2 armchairs and coffee table. There is a fridge /freezer and a music system. The terraces both have fantastic views overlooking the marina and the sea. At the rear of the apartment block there are gardens with sunbeds and an Olympic sized swimming pool which is for use of residents only and is accessed with a swipe card. Secure under ground parking for one car. 24 hour security patrol in the marina.

Coast/Beach
A few minutes walk to beautiful clean safe sandy beaches which have lifeguards present (in season).

Golf
Within 5 minute drive of 5 world class courses.

Travel
About 25 minutes drive from Faro airport. Car hire is not necessary in Vilamoura as everything is within walking distance.

Distances
Provincial capital Loule, Quinta do Lago / Val do Lobo, all about 15 minutes drive.

Further details
Excellent local restaurants, shops, bars etc. Several banks, very good supermarket in Almancil-Apolonia.

Booking notes
A deposit of £200 will secure the apartment. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday. I do not take a security deposit but please inform my local manager of any breakages. Access and leaving times are as flexible as possible depending on occupancy/cleaning requirements etc.
