A wonderful 3 bedroom apartment, in a traditionally fishing village which has kept the picturesque historic centre with paved streets and harmonious and colourful buildings. Paco de Arcos is also considered as an important gastronomic centre for the quality and diversity of its restaurants. One just has to cross the garden to be on the beach (3 minutes walking), other beaches are all along the promenade up to Estoril and Cascais. The popular surfing beach of Carcavelos, Parede, Estoril are just a few minutes away as well as the magnificent Guincho coastline, with sandy beaches and rocky coves. 25km away from Lisbon International Airport.

From Lisbon to Cascais (last stop by train) all along the train rail or the road promenade there are many beaches that it will be almost impossible to visit all them.

Golf: - There are 8 excellent golf courses within 20-30 mins drive. The golf courses of Oitavos, Quinta da Marinha, Quinta da Beloura, Estoril(27 holes), Penha Longa(27 holes), Belas and the Lisbon Sports Club. Around 1 hour drive are Praia D`el Rey, Ribagolfe I & II, St. Estevao, QtĒ do Peru, Aroeira I & II, Montado and Troia Golf Courses.

The windSurf school is 5 minutes away driving.
The Surf school is 5 minutes driving or by train.

1 minute walk to taxis/railway station or to the Monocarril to take the visitors direct to the Oeiras Shopping Center. Train to Lisbon every 15 minutes or less on the rush hour (journey takes 16 minutes). Alcantara (10 minutes). Belem Cultural Centre (10 minutes). Cruz Quebrada Sports Centre (5 minutes). Oeiras Ocean Swimming Pool and Marina (10 minutes). Estoril (15 minutes). Cascais (20 minutes). Good road access for motorway to Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Caparica (south coast beaches).

Dear Rodriques. I am sorry that I did not write to you before. We had a lovely time in your apartment. It was very nice and it was all equipment that we needed. I did not clean before we left,as I understood you had a made coming to do it. All three of us was at the beach every morning. In the afternoon my husband and I played golf, while my mother was still at the beach. It was so nice that it was close and easy to go there. Mother was even on a sightseeing in Lisbon,and we had a nice trip to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril. The weather was just great. I hope we will be back. I am working with Scandinavian airlines,and therefore we can travel on short planning. Travel where the weather is good. Maybe we call you another time. Thank for your kindness. About the owner
I am a 44 years old. Born in Lisbon, Portugal where I study till I got the army in Salutti di Cossato in Italy by the OTAN/NATO.
Just after I finish my time in the army I went to London where I did the Higher National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Business. Just after the course I had some experience in hotel business in London such as Hotel Langham Hilton and Hotel Selfridges both in London.
I miss the sunshine so much and after a while I decide to return to Portugal where I am having both business and pleasure working as a General Manager in restaurants and at the same time running a few apartments on Lisbon and Lisbon Coast.
On my spare time I usually spend as much as possible on the beach, this is the advantage to own a few apartments on the seaside as well.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The reason why I bought this apartment nearby others that I already own is the location. Very cose to Lisbon by car or by train and at the same time very close to Estoril, Cascais and Sintra, places that tourists can not miss. The area is very calm, frontal seaview, located in a fisherman`s village where you can enjoy fresh fish at the local restaurants. The beach is very steady and safe for adults and specially fro children. The village itself is very calm and safe and it keeps a style of life that you can not have in any big town. There is all the facilities such as banks, post office just in the corner.
For the ones who like shopping a lot, just catch the Monocarril and in less than 5 minutes one will be inside of the Oeiras Shopping Center with more than 400 shops.

The benefits of staying in this property is a kind of cosmoplitan lifestyle, where everyone can rest and enjoy the city, and fresh fish in a local restaurant or just meet friends in any beer garden. The difference from this propertie to many others is to be a large apartment with all the rooms very well furnished and some with balconies.
