This villa is our home, we have upgraded to a luxury specification not some old tired shabby company owned villa that is just let out and never updated. Our villa has been subject to 4 years of upgrading including full air con in all major rooms and bedrooms. the pool was rebuilt with a new filter system and all the surrounds and paths were re-tiled. A new kitchen fitted with new white goods and completely re-tiled. 90% of the furniture has been replaced in the last 3 years along with a new TV and satellite system in both the living room and bedroom 1. The rear garden is very private, surrounded by countryside apart from a few villas to the right on the other side of the lane. It benefits from a built in BBQ and a lovely garden with plenty of room to soak up the sun. The local area has supermarkets and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the villa with further restaurants within a 15 minute walk. We have a local agent to look after while on holiday and can arrange trips, golf, etc.

Price include maid service is twice weekly, Saturday and Wednesday, daily can be arranged at extra cost. All linen is provided other than beach towels. Our local agent can arrange taxis, trips out, golf etc and will sort out any problems you may have. |

Accessibility
The property has downstairs bedroom, but still has a step to get into the villa.
Outside
The Villa has gardens all round, with a private pool in the garden along with a BBQ area. Off road parking under car ports to keep your car cool during those very hot days. There is an outside patio for those warm evenings for eating your barbecues and drinking the local plonk. All the facilities of the villa are all based on 9 people staying so no fighting over the sun loungers at Villa Fatima.
Coast/Beach
Sao Rafael Beach 1 mile, Gale Beach, 2 miles. The best beach in the Algarve is just down the road, Gale beach has mile after mile of golden sand with water sports for hire in the peak season.
Golf
The Salgados Golf course is just a mile way with 2 new courses under construction close by. Along with 6 other courses within a 20 minute drive, our agent can arrange all the golf you want.
Special interest holidays
Zoomairne is in Guia and gives you the chance to swim with the Dolphins, you need to prebook in the summer and it not cheap but well worth the money though.
Travel
Faro Airport is the nearest, 35 miles. Lisbon is about 100 miles away. Albufeira Town 4 miles.
Distances
The local area benefits from 2 supermarkets and 3 restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the villa with a further 8 restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

Bookings must be made on our booking forms obtainable by emailing via links lower down page. 10% deposit for following year + 20% more in January, or 30% deposit at time of booking in year of departure. Final balance 6 weeks before departure. £250 refundable security deposit payable with final balance deposit refunds are as per terms and conditions.
