A new apartment in Armacao de Pera, 5 minute stroll to the beach and resort centre, between Albufeira and Carvoeiro, with golf and water parks a short drive away, as to be expected of the Algarve, there are magnificent cliff walks, sandy coves and miles of sandy beaches backed by dunes. Algarve Shopping Mall, 'the big one' water park and zoo-marine are all within a 15 minute drive. The apartment has a small garden on the private sun terrace, the building has 2 lifts and wheelchair access. There is a ground floor cafe and proposed shops. It has private secure underground car parking. 5 minute stroll to resort centre, shops, restaurants, banks, etc. Several quality golf courses nearby.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard, with modern furnishings, and has all the safety requirements.
Accessibility
Ramps and lifts, wide doorways.
Outside
Large private sun terrace with small garden, balcony with built in barbecue, sun loungers and chairs, 6 seater table, communal swimming pool and sun terrace with sea view. From early morning till mid afternoon, the sun is on the balcony, there are sun shades on the main balcony.
Coast/Beach
5 minute stroll to great sandy beach. Magnificent cliff walks, sandy coves and sand dunes.
Golf
Several quality golf courses nearby.
Travel
Albufeira and Carvoeiro resorts which are both an easy 20 minute drive away. 40 minute drive from Faro airport. Car recommended but not essential.
Distances
5 minute stroll to resort centre, shops, restaurants, banks, etc. 10 minute stroll into the old town, many years ago this was a small fishing village, and still retains some of the quaint buildings, fishermans beach is a well known part of the resort, and a great place to relax and dine.
Further details
A car is not essential, but for me it is great to explore the Algarve, there are so many hidden gems, there are fantastic restaurants in the mountains, beaches to die for, just a short drive away is Algarve shopping, a very modern shopping complex, the largest in the Algarve, 20 minute drive to the busy resort of Albufeira to the east, or 30 minute drive to the quiet resort of Praia da Luz in the west. We now have a new restaurant and bar at the side of the building, just opened in february 2011, good food, good prices, plenty to choose from, if you dont see what you want on the menu, just ask.
