This stylish luxury detached villa is situated about 2 km outside Carvoeiro and overlooks the Vale do Milho golf course. The beach is within 10 minutes walk, and there are bars and restaurants within an easy walking distance. Carvoeiro, which is a small picturesque town 2km away, has a large number of shops and restaurants.

| Bathrooms: | There is an en-suite to master bedroom which has bath, shower, basin and toilet. Shower room with shower, basin and toilet for bedroom 2. Bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, basin and toilet, for the 3rd and 4th bedroom. All bathrooms are new. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and convection oven. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine and tumble drier. |
| Living Rooms: | The large attractive lounge has a wood burning stove, large flat screen TV with Sky channels. |
| Other: | The dining room has a high domed ceiling with a Delft chandelier hanging over the large dining table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and bathroom towels are provided and there is a maid service once a week. Poolside towels are not provided. |

Accessibility
The property is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The gardens are planted with palm trees and other exotic plants, including cascading Bougainvillea down the walls. There are two BBQ areas, one in the courtyard and the other near the pool. The front terrace extends along the whole of the villa and all bedrooms have patio doors onto it. There is also a roof terrace. The pool is 10m long and is private to the villa. Pool heating is provided on request.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is within 10 minutes walk, but there are many others within easy reach by car. There are lovely cliff top walks nearby.
Golf
The villa is overlooking Vale de Milho golf course which is a 9 hole par 3 course. There are many other golf courses in the region.
Special interest holidays
There is a very good tennis club in Carvoeiro where non members can play. This club is about 5 or 10 minutes by car. The nearest tennis courts are at Rocha Brava which is a short walk. Here they have courts to hire, or turn up and play sessions.
Travel
Faro airport is 45 minutes drive. Although it is recommended that you hire a car whilst staying at Casa Marianna, it is not absolutely necessary. There is a convenience store within walking distance and many restaurants. Taxis are inexpensive and can be used for supermarket shopping etc.
Distances
Carvoeiro is the nearest town, and is 2 km. Lagoa is 5 km. The beautiful mountain region of Monchique is about 40 minutes drive and the old Moorish capital (Silves) is about 15 minutes drive.
Booking notes
Bookings are taken all year. We take a refundable deposit of £200 against breakages. Air conditioning is included in the rent, but pool heating, if required is charged at £50 per week.

Casa Superb! Villa layout is excellent with 2 separate sleeping wings for each family so you all have some space. The rooms are all a great size with plenty of storage. Bathrooms are all well furnished and equipped with good showers. The air con is extensive and effective. Overall a great base for a relaxing holiday.
A fantastic villa with lovely views.
Its like Shangri-La - Land of youth and beauty. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I will be going again.
