This well maintained townhouse complex is ideal for families, golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Situated on 2 floors it encompasses 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and small green area. Around the corner is the gardens and swimming pool, which is used only by the residents of the complex (compromising 7 other apartments). The complex itself is located in a cal de sac just down the road and within walking distance of 3 Vilamoura golf courses. This is an ideal location for the whole family no matter what age. The Vilamoura marina offers water sports, easy dining out and the beach. There are 7 different golf courses all within easy reach.

| Other: | A cot and highchair are available, but must be requested at time of booking. 1 extra bed will be provided upon request again must be made at time of booking. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedding and towels are included, towels are not for the use in the pool or beach. Linen changed weekly, towels twice a week, maid service twice weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Internet access requests must be made at time of booking as we offer Vodafone wireless access cards for rent per week. Fans are provided in every bedroom. This is a non smoking property.

Outside
Both bedrooms are on the top floor and open out onto private terraces overlooking the gardens. Lounge and dining area open out onto an intimate outside green area, fully enclosed, perfect for sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
Beach and Vilamoura Marina 3 minutes driving. There is a local minitrain as well as the local bus service which stops right outside the block.
Falesia Beach and Quarteira beaches on either side of Vilamoura Marina also with in 3 minutes drive.
Golf
Being in Vilamoura we are situated on the golfing doorstep, being within walking distance of 3 golf courses as well as the Golf Academy.

Travel
Faro airport 20km. Car hire is not essential but reccommended. We do offer airport transfers, so please check our prices first. We also laise with car hire companies for delivery to the townhouse as well as pick ups.

At the Marina you are spoilt for choice for dining out, snack bars and cafes galore!
Loads of watersports activities for all ages, horseriding, clay pigeon shooting, mini putt-putt to name but a few.
Booking notes
50% deposit due to make a booking, the balance within 1 month of travel. £250 security deposit, refundable 1 week after vacation the townhouse, provided there are no damages. Payments facilitated in sterling, euros, US dollars.
Refunds due to cancellation less than 1 month of travel will suffer a surcharge of 50%. Cancellation longer than 2 months in advance will be charges admin fee of reimbursement.
