Changeover day
All rentals are from 3pm each Saturday until 10am the following Saturday. Dates shown should denote availability. Discuss your needs with us and we will try to accommodate you.

The villa is situated on two levels. The largest being the entrance and main living space and large terrace on the ground floor.
Outside
Beautiful scenic gardens, shaded terraces and barbeque areas offer an ideal space for quiet relaxation and al fresco dining. This barbecue terrace commands stunning panoramic views of the coast stretching for miles beneath you. What better place to sit watching the sun setting while sipping a cool drink or two. The above average size pool (10x5m) is set below the terrace and is the perfect place to unwind. By night it can be lit for that special effect and enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
The villa is 10 minutes drive from some of the best Algarve beaches - Olhas d'agua, Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Walks from the villa are wonderful, offering amazing inland and coastal views along quiet country lanes.
Golf
The villa is close to all main golf courses. Vilamoura 15mins, Vale do Lobo/Quinta do Lago 25 mins. We will be pleased to send you additional details and booking info.
Travel
Faro International Airport is just 25 minutes drive. Car hire is a must to make the most of your Algarve vacation. We will be pleased to advise on car hire.
Distances
Loule is just 10km (shops and large supermarket). Algarve Shopping Centre (Mall and amusements) 15 minutes, Faro Town 30 minutes. 5 minutes to the nearest junction of the A22 (IP1) Junction 11 (Spain, Faro, Lisbon).
Further details
The Saturday morning markets are famous for their fresh food and handicraft stalls. The Feira de Loule, a mainly gypsy market is well worth a visit.
Do not forget to sample the local restaurants that offer excellent local dishes at very reasonable prices or just have a coffee in one of the local cafes.

A deposit of 25% is required at Booking. The balance is then payable 8 weeks prior to the vacation.

About the owner
I am British. I have a home in Oxfordshire though my love is Portugal where the sun and the people smile. I work in Financial Services and travel extensively, so my wife and I also like somewhere to escape to once and awhile. The villa and the Central Algarve give us all that we are looking for. We have two sons who live in London. We have continued to pour love and improvements into the villa to ensure that it meets our guests and our own demanding requirements and to ensure that guests come back year after year.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We have owned the villa for sbout 8 years and have loved it ever since. We bought it because it has undoubtedly the best views across the whole of the Algarve from Vale do Lobo, all along the coast to Lagos as well as the mountains of Monchique. The sunsets are magical. As a family holiday home we have continually updated and improved the property for the comfort of both family and guests.
Though within easy access of the very best beaches, golf clubs and entertainment that the Algarve has to offer, it is also close to nearby upmarket expat pub (Osbournes) and restaurant (Birds Nest).
Unique benefits of the property
The villa views are indeed unique and will stop you in your tracks when you arrive and will be your lasting memory after your visit.
The 10 x 5 mtr pool is much larger than normal but offers pleasure to both swimmer and non swimmers alike.
