The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. The floors in the living areas are limestone whilst in the bedrooms they are solid oak. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms and the kitchen has solid oak cupboards and granite worktops. The french doors leading onto the balconies from the lounge and the bedrooms are equipped with fly screens, and for winter visitors there is a living flame gas fire as well as the 4 air-conditioning units. For evenings in, a full Sky package and DVD surround sound is provided. The system will also play your CDs.

We will negotiate longer stays out of peak season. We have many repeat bookings and these clients enjoy a discount on the current prices.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with twin beds and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has a bath, a separate shower, twin wash basins and wc. Main bathroom has shower over bath, one wash basin, a bidet and wc. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating for those colder months. |
| Kitchen: | The granite topped, luxury fitted kitchen has everything you will need. |
| Living Rooms: | This spacious room has an open fire, flat screen TV with all option Sky package satellite system, complete with DVD/CD player. A double sofa bed is included. |
| Other: | There is a private roof terrace with Jacuzzi and BBQ facilities. This terrace enjoys stunning views. Private car parking is available in the underground garage. |

All towels and linen included. These are changed weekly with an option for a midweek clean. |

There are several stairs to negotiate.
Outside
The private roof terrace with it's six person Jacuzzi and BBQ has gorgeous views down towards the coast. The secure, gated complex has it's own pool and toddler's pool and lush green grass and gardens to enjoy.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is only 5 minutes drive away and the Vila Sol concessionary beach another 10 minutes.
Golf
Vila Sol's 27 hole course is on your doorstep, and all the Vilamoura courses are no more than a 15 minute drive away. Many of our repeats come back because of these lovely golf courses.
Travel
Faro is a 20 minute drive. We recommend a hire car.
Distances
4 or 5 minutes to Vilamoura and Quarteira.
Further details
Apolonia is a top notch supermarket, rather like our Waitrose stores in the UK, and is just 10 minutes away at Almancil.
Booking notes
20% deposit, and our agents normally take credit card details against any possible breakages.
Guest comments
We have the same couple who stay each winter for two months, their 'home from home'. We have rented this apartment for three summers now, and three families have been every year!
