Serro da Gorita is situated in the hills overlooking Santa Catarina with beautiful countryside views looking out to sea. Remote controlled gates allow entry to this secluded property. Lovely established ornate garden with shrubs, orange, lemon, tangarine and lime trees. The property has a main house with an Annexe and is adjoined by an undercover terrace area for dining alfresco. The large terrace has a 10ft diameter 4ft deep plunge pool. The Village is 10 minutes walk and has numerous bars and cafes, a pharmacy, a bank, petrol station and mini-supermarkets. The House is a good base for visiting the historic towns of Tavira, Loule, Olhao, Faro and Estoi to name a few, and is a short drive to lovely quiet sandy beaches. Nearest golf course is 15 minutes away and Villamoura 30 minutes. Spain is approximately 30 minutes drive. This is an ideal property for those wishing privacy, peace and quiet.

Coast/Beach
Faro Beach is approximately 25 minutes by car, Tavira Beach is accessible via a short ferry ride at a minimal cost. Both are are clean and beautiful sandy beaches.

Golf
Nearest golf course is at Moncarapacho, approx 15 minutes drive away. The Golf haven of Villamoura is approx 30 minutes away.

Travel
The House is 25 minutes from Faro Airport. Due to the country location of this house a hire car is essential to enable you to explore the wonders of the Eastern Algarve.

Distances
The House is ideally situated for visits to Faro, Estoi, Olhao, San Bras, Moncarapacho, Loule and many more wonderful little villages and towns. 20 - 30 minutes drive will take you to all these delightful places.

Further details
Santa Catarina has all the everyday amenities you may require. A bank and cash machine, post office, small supermarkets, bars and cafes, couple of little restaurants, pharmacy and a fresh fish market every morning.

Booking notes
Once dates have been agreed, 50% deposit (non-refundable) will be required. Balance due 4 weeks before start of holiday. For bookings 4 weeks or less before start of holiday full amount to be paid. Confirmation and receipt of booking/payment will be done by email. Once full monies paid then details of directions and key pick up etc will be given. Cheques accepted, Visa/MasterCard/Switch payments taken over phone.
