Behind the coastal strip rising into the hills is the quiet small town of Santa Barbara de Nexe. Only 20 minutes from the airport and with easy access to all beaches, resorts and golf courses is Casa Magnolia. The villa comprises of one double bedroom, en-suite, with a further twin bedroom and separate shower room. fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. Outside there is a sun terrace, with shaded area, table and chairs and a barbecue. The pool measures 10m x 5m all the above being set in a quiet, and private garden. Bars and restaurants are within a very short drive offering a mix of genuine Portuguese and European food. Santa Barbara de Nexe is 15 minutes walk and about 3 minutes by car. Places of interest to visit include, Faro, Loule, Vilamoura, Silves, Spain (40 minutes) etc.

Please note there is immediate access from the lounge/dining area to the poolside, and clients should consider this where very small children are concerned. No pets allowed.

The nearest beach is Faro Island which is approximately 20 minutes drive away. This beach has life guards in the main season and is suitable for families.

There are several golf courses within easy reach by car, Quinta da Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura being the nearest about 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Faro airport is the closest being 20 minutes away.

Santa Barbara de Nexe village centre is 15 minutes walk, and about 3 minutes by car. Places of interest to visit include, Faro, Loule, Vilamoura, Silves, Spain (40 minutes) etc.
Further details
In Santa Barbara there are several restaurants, bars and cafes a small supermarket and bank with cash machine. Faro is a short drive away with a large shopping mall and a good selection of shops. On application a welcome pack is available to your requirements at a reasonable cost. Car Hire is recommended and can be arranged.
Booking notes
Minimum stay 7 nights. Maximum persons 4. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, balance 6 weeks prior to holiday. Booking procedure is through email and confirmation is by post. A 100 euros breakage deposit is required on arrival. Refundable on departure.
