This modern villa is all on one level. Good size, fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living and dining room, with wood burning stove. Satellite TV. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. (two en-suite). We have made our best efforts to make the villa baby and toddler friendly with highchair, travel cot, baby walker, sterilizer and toys etc. Very peaceful location close to beautiful beaches and 10 minutes from town of Aljezur.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. If other clients are arriving on the day you leave, you will need to vacate the villa by 11am. If other clients have left the day you arrive, you will have access from 4pm.

The villa is managed by a local representative who can be contacted to deal with any questions relating to the property, or local area. There is a maid service to clean and change bedlinen and towels once a week. |

Outside
At the back of the villa is a large area with patio, with a private pool (9 x 4m). Garden furniture and various pool inflatables. The garden area is fenced and gated. At the front of the house is landscaped garden with parking area for 1/2 cars.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach Monte Clerigo is a large blue flag beach with a lifeguards during the summer.
The beach of Amoreira is further out from Vale da Telha and is approx 8km from Aljezur. The beach is very large with the Aljezur River emptying into the Atlantic Ocean that provides an excellent location for swimming without the waves. Aljezur - The River that divides Aljezur was once navigable but today is just picturesque in spring and autumn and dry in summer.
Golf
There are golf courses within a 30 mins drive the Boavista and Palmares.
Special interest holidays
This Villa will suit families and surfers and people who just want to relax around the pool or local beaches, There is also some stunning walks through the national park area.
Travel
We highly recommend the best way from Faro to Vale de Telha, and to move around the district is to rent a car. Although the local restaurants and supermarket is only a few minutes walk. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive and the main Town of Aljezur is 10 minutes by car. 45 minutes drive brings you to Cape St Vincent, the very edge of Europe and where you can see great sunsets.

Further details
The villa offers tranquillity and only 5 mins to beach 10 mins to town. Close to a small number of bars and restaurants plus a small supermarket. The town of Aljezur provides a daily market offering fresh produce including fresh fish, flowers and a host of locally grown vegetables. There are a range of banks, a post office, small supermarkets and shops plus a good choice of restaurants. We highly recommended when booking flights to use sky scanner.com for easiest way to find the flights that suit’s you best.
The historic town of Lagos is a 25km drive away and has a huge variety of bars, shops and restaurants set within the city walls. A visit to the Marina to take one of the many boat trips is highly recommended.
Booking notes
We take bookings for any number of nights over 7, arriving and departing on whichever day suits you best. The booking deposit is £250, and the full payment must be received 8 weeks prior to departure - when you have paid the full amount, the £250 becomes the breakages and key deposit, (non refundable for cancellation) The rental cost includes rental of the villa, linen, maid service, and pool cleaning and other gas and electricity costs. It does not include flights and transfers.
